This was my first dishonored game and I was mad at myself for sleeping on the franchise. It forever holds a special place in my heart. I have not played a game with this much freedom and with this many ways to go about completing objectives. I am a stealth maniac so it felt right at home for me. The sheer detail to each of the levels and how the world looks is undeniably one of its strongest points.

Stealth is amazing as well combined with the game's power mechanics. I tried my very best to stealth and get the ghost achievement for each of the levels. However the downside to this is that it becomes very disengaging over time. Honestly after achieving complete stealth, it felt as a dis-service to the game for me to do it ever again. Also the other thing I do not like is that stealth or non lethal is the way to get the good ending which handicaps me from exploring other options.

Loud or lethal combat is unlike any other, with really cool counter finishers and power abilities. I want to play this game with lethal combat but the game punishes me by giving me a bad ending. With the loud approach, the sky is the limit in terms of how creatively you want to take down the enemy/ies. However it requires a lot of effort and multitasking to achieve stylish skills with your abilities so do not expect to be amazing at it off the rip.

Story is quite lacking and is my biggest complaint with the game. It felt quite short and not enough events happened. I do not want to spoil it but I would not bank on buying this game for having a good narrative experience. The game play and mechanics are where it shines.
