For me to accept your friend request, you have to:
-Have an avatar that makes me go "WOW" for the next 5 years every time I look at it
-Talk to me every time I happen to be online
-Give me attention whether I'm online or not
-Donate all your unusuals/knives to nearest squirrel sanctuary
-Sign a contract to allow me to harvest your organs in case of an accident
-...also in case of an "accident"
-Sacrifice me a newborn every full moon

Why yes, that above list is very sarcastic, but it probably shows pretty well what I think of you if you have a list of arbitrary variables as requirements to be your friend.
