I have over 170 hours across Uplay and Steam. I bought it on Steam during a sale just to make updating and launching the game easier.
I want to recommend this game but there are some cons I have to point out.
Unfortunately this game is lacking in the large expansion's department. It only gets seasonal updates and some of those are really cool with some good looking gear and cool exotics. But as someone who has played Destiny for 10 years. It kinda sucks not having expansions to play. Seasonal content kinda blends together after a while.
But the player count isn't high enough to support that kind of development sadly. I haven't even been able to find a group for a raid yet.
I do really like this game. But I also understand why others don't and why it never took off like other live service looter shooters.
None of my friends are interested in it so most of my experience has been in solo content no higher than the 3rd difficulty.
I think crossplay would be a god send for this game. But I highly doubt the devs have the funding to make it happen.
