Scroll down and click the dropbox link, download all 4 packs, put it in the materials/models/c_models folder after manually updating SFM.
You'll have to copy the name of the skin for it to work.
(i can make a tutorial for this if needed)

I manually updated SFM.
It's actually really easy.
