fun game, cute graphics, great music, funny writing, a bit of backtracking but never felt too tedious, pretty ez 100%... worth the buy especially if on sale!

just like the first one, super cute & fun little mystery game! took me a little less time to 100% & i think overall this game was slightly easier, but i also think i preferred this one to the first... i enjoyed the setting, the characters, & the voice acting is still a blessing & really well done

i consumed a LOT of psychonauts content on youtube before actually playing the game for myself & that still didn't stop me from really enjoying my time. the controls may not be perfect & the visuals may not be everyone's taste, but the characters have so much personality! also, the humor is just *chef's kiss*; i think the game does a pretty great job of knowing when to take itself seriously but also knowing when to laugh at itself. even tho the game is a platformer & a collectathon, i really appreciate how different all of the levels are from each other. playing this game 2 decades after it released, i can understand how this game grew to be a cult favorite

if you're a fan of the original game, i don't really see an actual reason for you to NOT try this one out - the overall story isn't as great, but the ending scene is better imo. i may not personally be a huge fan of the land section but if people are hating on this game, it's probably bc their expectations were too high/weren't met; if you were to play this game without knowing the original, i think a good chunk of the complaints disappear. ACTUALLY, my biggest issue with this game is that they changed the "new blueprint ACquired" voice line

i adore this game to the moon and back! the characters, the music, the atmosphere... Spiritfarer is truly just an incredible journey and the stories it tells feel almost too real at times; this game never fails to make me cry and it's all the better bc of that. i promise this is a game worth your time, attention, & emotions

such a charming game! i wasn't expecting the whole game to be voice acted, so that was a really nice touch. when i went back in to clean up the achievements i missed the first time, i thought the game to be a bit slow moving, as in, literally in the way sherlock moves around, but this is super not a huge deal. the characters are charming, the story puzzles are not too difficult; overall a vibe and a delightful little cozy game

saw GG's video on this & had to check it out; for a free game, super cute & fun & i really enjoyed getting all the achievements... JUSTICE FOR KYLE!!

Great art and stylization but a bit messy in execution - some small typos or awkward wording; interesting concept if not a bit short and predictable... I had fun playing it and I appreciate the different interactive parts that break up the visual novel-like reading. Also an easy game to perfect if you're into achievements. Would recommend on sale.

as someone who doesn't play soulslikes, i really enjoyed this game. at times, the movement felt a bit clunky or attacks weren't as responsive as i would've liked them to be (i played mnk), but i think the game makes up for this with it's charm and atmosphere; the game has some sick music, bright colors, and plenty of humor that make it a delight. kril not only goes through a crazy journey on the outside but also on the inside and i enjoyed following him along the way.
