This game has an amazing feat of storytelling. I will say that if you were to play any of the Dead Space games play Dead Space 2. Of course skipping the first one will have you miss out on a lot of story, so maybe catch up through some type of YouTube video if you so please, but if you're on a money crunch (G2A) Dead Space 2 has the better graphics and MORE suits which are absolutely badass, I for one will buy and play this game purely for my newly fond affinity for Dead Space suits... The suit-ups just make you feel a little bit like Mr. Tony Stark. There is a weird mouse bug in Dead Space (One) so there is a mouse fix file out there to download and patch the sensitivity issues that occur for PC users. The graphics obviously don't hold up to the modern day expectations but personally I don't think that matters at all as long as the story is captivating which it is. I averaged around a 9 hour play-through and I'm the type of person to really take my time and account for the search of every pixel just to ensure that I didn't miss anything. I bought this game on sale for 5 bucks and it gave me a world of entertainment, engaging lore, and a superb environment to be immersed into the Dead Space universe. Dead Space 3 was a ♥♥♥♥ show no thanks to EA may they rot in hell for single handedly ruining an effervescent Sci-Fi IP. I hope to live long enough to see the day where the story may continue, a reboot of the Dead Space franchise, or even a remastery of the original Dead Space with high-end graphic compatibility will make me a happy camper.
