Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuuh I didn't mean to choose Musician's path

I don't recommend this game for the new players. You'd be better off watching a walkthrough on Youtube.

For years I've heard and wondered about Mirror's Edge. At last I played it and I was... deeply disappointed. The tutorial got me hyped up for the game but after an hour or so I started to get frustrated. Why do you ask? Because I started getting stuck in some areas from that moment and on. The game's good but when it works. From what I've read this game is fantastic on consoles. Most of the people who recommend this game played it beforehand in another platform. They already know the game and what to do and they already love this game and most likely their nostalgia diminishes the glaring problems of this PC port.

This is a parkour game so there are more than one way to overcome an obstacle. Or so I thought. Yes mostly there will be more than one way to get to your goal. That is not always the case however. In some points of the game you'll need to go to the EXACT place at the EXACT time. For example you'll need to jump to a ledge or a pipe and your timing should be as the game set it to be. If you don't know where to go (and there will be times especially when you are being chased by "blues") well that's too bad. Oh you know how to reach your point and think that's enough? NOPE. I literally got stuck in a place where you're chasing that somethingknife guy and he get's knocked out because he falls and you got to get to him. Well, you need to jump from a pipe to another pipe in that section and I LITERALLY tried to jump from that pipe to the next one 20-30 times. Ffs a simple thing like that shan't be a problem. I looked up if I was doing something wrong and nope everything's in order. I'm not even sure how I got past that place I think I just climbed a bit higher on that pipe or something? Unfortunately that wasn't the only place I got a situation like that. There were 1 or 2 more instances like that.

The game looks really good even though it's older than 10 years. I liked the gameplay when it didn't infuriate me. The music was nice even though not memorable. Voice acting was also fine.

Now another problem of this game. Like I said the gameplay is nice but I was referring to the parkour part of the game while saying that. Because combat is not fun and will mostly be annoying. Yeah there are instances where you can just run past the "blues" but that's not always the case and sometimes you'll have to fight these cops or special forces. It's mostly not pleasant and if you're not a master at this game you'll die a few times for sure. I've finished Witcher 3 and Jedi Fallen Order on hard difficulties and I'm used to parrying in games. I'm aware that those aren't the hardest games in market but I want you to know that I'm able to parry well. Well one of the ways to fight cops is to disarm them and take their gun and shoot the others. Well you'll need to "parry" as they will try to hit you with their gun when you're in close range. I clicked at the right time (when the gun becomes red) but lots of times I still got hit. It just angers and annoys the hell of me when I do something correctly but I don't see the expected result in the game. Except that you can jump on an enemy and knock them out. Well even that doesnt always work. You need to jump on them from a higher place and click the attack button. Easy right? Yes but also no. Because even though you do the same thing sometimes you will knock out a cop and other times you won't.

I've written long enough and I could add a thing or two but these are the biggest reasons I'm against a new player on Steam buying this game. It's a pity because if these problems would be resolved this game would be a really good one. But it's EA and on top of it it's an old and singleplayer game. If you're interested in it watch a walkthrough or play it on a console (first search it up if it has the same problems though)

If you want a good FPS parkour game play Dying Light instead. It's MUCH better in that aspect.

Sadly pretty boring. I had this game in my radars for a few years and well after playing I have to say I'm disappointed. Especially after the first installment of the series. As I said before, it's boring and mostly not scary. I played lots of horror games and that may be the reasons for how I feel because most of them are "walking simulators" and after playing even 2 or 3 horror games you just don't get scared that easily. What can I say, when I realized that I wasn't having fun and was literally forcing myself to continue to play so I can see the ending I stopped playing.

By far the best game I've ever played. Nothing even comes close to it. Not Witcher 3 neither Cyberpunk 2077. This IS the real deal.

A beautiful successor to the first Dishonored which is a classic. Gameplay became even more fun and by having Emily as an additional playable character (and a certain mod that let's you use every skill no matter the character you play with) you have even more variety and replayability value. Every other thing is great like in the first game and the more colorful Karnaca can be said to be a better setting than the dark Dunwall arguably. The only downside is the technical aspects of the game which is mostly resolved for most people. In my experience I still had low fps or fps drops but it still was a great experience. All in all both Dishonored games should be played by everyone just to experience them because of both of them are a classic.

Game became a chore more than a game after a while. Got bored out of it and couldn't finish it.

I'm in love with this game and don't think I have a problem with it. The atmosphere is nice,music is nice,characters are pretty cute and interesting. You can hug them which is a big plus for me. But there is a thing that I would like to see. I played the demo before buying the game and in the demo you could zoom out and get a better look of your ship in complete and a better view of the sky etc. For some reason the full game lacks this option. I would love to see it in the full game as well.

A really nice,beautiful game :) I like to look around the world of games to look at views. etc so this game was really for me because every location you pass through is amazing. There is a twist of the general atmosphere which I never anticipated and it added another layer to the game. I really liked the beauty of this game and you could call it more of an art piece more than a game even I guess? Music,atmoshpere and all that stuff is really well made and I'm satisfied on those field. As a extra story: because I really liked this game I wanted to show this to my close ones so they could experience it and the first one I could catch was my sister. We played the game together after I finished it and she fell in love with it too. Who by the way does not play games and not really interested in them. After finishing the Journey she thanked me though :) I would recommend this to everyone because I think this is a beautiful experience that everyone should experience
