Brutally difficult twin-stick shooter gameplay with an overtly cyberpunk aesthetic to match, RUINER manages to blow away any and all expectations with it's tech-noir story and surprising amount of replayability. This has easily become one of my favorite games of all time with everything that it has to offer. I may actually start speedrunning this game due to the built-in speedrun mode - it's an adrenaline rush each and every time you play. Absolutely do yourself a favor and pick this up next time it goes on sale. The game is 100% worth it, even at full price.
Also: yes, this game has an aggressively red color scheme. Yes, it's like that for the entire game.
