TITANFALL 2 IS NOW ON STEAM - Buy it for the singleplayer campaign, stay for the multiplayer.

The singleplayer campaign is still, to this day, one of the best FPS singleplayer experiences you can have, so if you decide to check it out, you will get your moneys worth here.

Multiplayer is alive and well, been able to get into matches all day without issues, and it is as fun and unique as it has always been.

Don't have much more to say, it's friggin Titanfall 2.

Loved it back in March when I beat it the first time, but the recent patch comes with mandatory kernel-level anti cheat software that has full access to your PC, and is detected as a virus by windows defender.

Since I don't want that ♥♥♥♥ on my computer, I have uninstalled the game, and thus cannot rip & tear anymore.
If you want to play it, wait until they remove it (if ever).

If they never remove it, I want a refund.

Incredibly sluggish controls that you have to fight with just to move around. It is faster to run around buildings than parkouring over and between them. It's just not enjoyable to move Arno around.

Game bugged out after the first major assisination in the famour Notre Dame church, where Arno got stuck on a wall, and after a solid two minutes some guards finally saw me and killed me. It booted me back to the very beginning of said mission, which was where I decided that I had had enough.
Thank God the newer entries in the series are more polished.

I did not like the first game, Ori and The Blind Forest. The combat was not involved, the controls felt floaty and imprecise, and I disliked the manual checkpoint system.
For the second game, it seems like they took ALL the frustrating parts from the first game...... and replaced them with Hollow Knight. Seriously.

Ori and The Will of the Wisps is so far a huge improvement in every way, and I am glad that I gave this second game a chance.

Performance wise it sometimes stutters and there are some weird sound glitches. These have to get fixed soon, as they take you out of the moment and can sometimes interrupt in a heated battle or platforming section.

* Playing through HITMAN 2016 levels first, as such this is mostly a review of HITMAN GOTY Legacy Pack DLC.

I'm 12 hours in so far, and I am stil in the first level, Paris. It's really good and immersive, and I love the dynamically layered background music always fits perfectly to whatever you are doing! So happy with this.

Runs great and is very approachable for new players!
Despite the layers upon layers of displayed relevant information, the game eases you into understanding the most important things one step at a time. Additionally, you can at any time press F1 to bring up an explanation overlay of the current screen, where you can mouse over any button to get a concise runthrough what it does or what a certain stat means.

I'm very happy with this overall package, recommended!

This has been my introduction to CRPG's and I'm glad to say that it was worth the time and money. The writing is impeccable and the setting of the game is unique and interesting - you are not the hero, but the henchman of the evil overlord. There is no morality system, as there is no good and bad. Instead, there is a reputation system - you either gain favor or wrath with factions, and loyalty or fear with companions. I rarely felt like I was a bad guy in this game, as my ultimate goal was to end the war as fast a possible to stop the killing, but as I was very goal oriented, my methods were ruthless. I found myself choosing to kill off smaller problems rather than dealing with them, and the game never told me that I was being a horrible monster. In fact, a character commended me on my quick and effective solution to a problem involving a mother and her baby, where certain story complications necessitated that I murdered both of them in cold blood. I genuinly felt bad about it, and my companions were apalled (except for one, who was hyped for babymurder) but the game didn't show a big "YOU ARE A BAD PERSON", which I credit to Obsidians sense of writing.

I want to cut this review short, as I really just think you should look at this youtube video instead, as it introduces all the things I liked about this game.

I'll hop onto Pillars of Eternity next, where I aim to act more like a hero, which sounds refreshing right now, despite how cliche it is :D

It will be a while before I play a game that has this much heart poured into it. It is far above most other games in terms of writing and sheer amount of content (which is worth playing mind you, even the filler stuff is well written and worthwile to do even if you only get 5 XP out of it)

This is without a doubt a 10/10. Few games come close.

What an absolute treasure of a little game this was.

If you liked Deus Ex Human Revolution or otherwise being an overpowered guy who has the ability to sneak around undetected while being lethal/non-lethal to your hearts desire, go buy this game.

It is rather short, but I actually adored it for this - there was no down-time at all! All of the game was really awesome with no filler. There is plenty of room for multiple playthroughs though.

If you find this at a low price, give it a shot. I'll be looking out for Dishonered 2.

This is 20 minutes of raw HYPE. For 2€ it's a steal.
