This game is absolute garbage. Yes it looks prettier, but if you've ever played and loved the original, you know that the jank was part of it, and you accepted it. This is.. a soulless remake. Nothing of the original remains other than the story and the layout.

I adore Dead Space, it's one of my top 5 of all time. This is just.. sad. Static cameras in the video calls with Kendra and Hammond. Little alternate routes through chapters to make it 'new' - even though all the monster spawns are the same. Issac looks like Gunner, but after three games, Issac should look like Issac, I don't know, it's like they didn't really give a ♥♥♥♥ except to make it look pretty.

Forced weapon pickups without the ability to sell said weapons, upgrades you have to buy in the store to unlock node paths in the bench, security level upgrades to open a BOX?

I wanted a better looking, better framerate, quality of life improvement Dead Space revamp, and we got this. Like they wanted to work their fingers into an already great game to spice it up with what they thought were improvements. They weren't, they were absolute downgrades. And it turned a fantastic game that could have been simply improved with better graphics, and we got this garbage.

And that's what it is, just.. garbage.

this game definitely has its problems. but you're here playing it on PC, getting its best updates, getting them as soon as possible, this is worth your time.

Fantastic upgrade from the original.

This continues what is a great series. Not only do you get new maps, new targets, new everything, you get remastered Hitman maps as well. And while the Ghost multiplayer needs some work (for the love of God, how do these people know I'm that guy who died?) the Sniper co-op is great fun.

This is absolutely my game of the year, hands down. They found a method, and continued with it, and I love it.

I hate this game. I f.. I hate this damn game, I don't care if you're a speedrunner, a math genius, a wizard at games, this game will make you want to take your computer and throw it out the window. I DEFY you to play this and get to the end and NOT say 'well, why bother' and yet you're STILL going to do it AGAIN AND AGAIN THINKING YOU CAN DO SOMETHING BETTER AND YOU CAN'T FIVE STARS I HATE EVERYTHING

Short, but looks gorgeous in VR. Simple and easy to play. Now that it's 10 dollars, I can recommend it.
