Game is fun, but I don't fw rules being changed AFTER I gave you my money. Surely that must be illegal with how wrong it is - literally bait and switch.

Great game

Gonna keep this review short just like my multiplayer sessions before they inevitably crash.

Pros:
- Good Gunplay
- Good Animations
- Weapon Family Trees for leveling up your weapons
- Many Weapon Camos & Attachments to unlock
- AMD's FSR works pretty well

Cons:
- SBMM (Skill based matchmaking)
- No Crossplay opt-out choice
- Inconsistent footsteps & audio
- No Stopping Power as a perk
- No Ninja/ Dead Silence as a perk
- Matches feel rigged, because they ARE (Look up the patent leaks, it's a mess).

This is the last CoD I ever buy until they fix these major issues. No more from me

Oh my. This is one of the buggiest games I've ever played. Did they accidentally release a pre-Alpha version and just decide to not give us the full release? I've loved these devs for many of their previous titles, but this is SEVERELY unfinished. I have had to reset more times than I can count, ESPECIALLY in multiplayer- oh my lord.

I have literally spent more time in menus trying to restart and invite my friends than I have spent actually playing the game.

The character's expressions are also utterly fked. Cutscenes are mostly broken. Heck, everything is broken- unfinished textures, audio breaking, I don't know who let this get published.

The worst part of it all is I'm no longer eligible for a refund. Wow. Not spending a dime again, I feel burned- this game is simply unplayable. DO NOT BUY.

Look, when they say "from the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead franchise", please DYOR. Out of a team of more than 100 people, only a literal handful of people who were associated with Left 4 Dead ended up involved (to some capacity) in Back 4 Blood. And it wasn't the kind that made Left 4 Dead special. It's a purely technicality selling-point. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, because this game isn't even remotely in the same realm as the masterpiece that is L4D. I really went into this trying my best to want to like it since it's been a decade since L4D, but I just can't do it. I'd suggest buying L4D if you want to experience a true masterpiece horror movie/game. The TLC put into L4D is just something that modern game studios don't put into games anymore, and it's highly evident in this game when put side by side.

TL;DR, if you want a clearer idea of what I'm talking about, look at "Crowbcat"'s channel on youtube and the title of his video: Back 4 Blood proves Valve carried Left 4 Dead.
