Wow, Shovel Knight ROCKS! This game is a perfect medly of nostalgia and fun. Those who are like pixel graphics will find a beautiful game that reminds you of gaming's past.

It's a platformer, and as such, it is simple yet challenging. The game is forgiving for those who aren't too good at platformers, but hard enough for those who want a challenge, especially the bosses, they can be tough!. Lot's of collectables, too!

The music is great, and very retro. It takes me back, it does.

Would I suggest this game to anyone? YES! It's really easy to pick up and play, so if you're on the fence on if you should buy this or not, do it!

DESPITE the above, this game is fantastic. It's what Age of Empires II would be if you added, you guessed it, mythology. And if you know anything about Age of Empires 2, you know this game will be great!

The game holds up, as the environments are still pretty and with the new additions such as day and night, and dynamic lighting, the game feelings like a living, breathing world.

Is it worth the $30 dollars? Maybe. If you like Age of Empires, but haven't played this game before, it's worth a look, as it will never get old.

It's the AoE experience that you know in love with some updates and tweaks, along with mod support. If you love AoE, you MUST have this in your collection.

If you're looking for a fun time. STOP. Then buy this game.

Yes, I hardly have any play time on Steam but that's because it just transitioned over. I keep my reviews short and simple; if you're looking for a mech game, this is the one to play. Simple as that.

Even if you aren't a huge strategy fan, this game will probably change your mind. It's amazing, simply put. buy it along witht the expansion, and have fun.

This game brings chills to my spine and plays with my emotions. How does a game do this? Well, it looks like this is going to be an amazing season.
