I wanted to write a review saying the good things that this game has, but all that won't matter because the game has FREEZES and CRASHES that Ubigarbage never fixed and still refuse to fix.
They are random, so there is no solution for them.
I will play just to finish the DLC, which btw, is broken, you lose connection to the server right now.
The freezes, crashes and bad servers are a problem since forever in this game it seems. Don't believe me? Just search and you will see all the people complaining about the same issues i said.

At least i bought it with a big discount, but still, it sucks to buy a product that sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

It's a fun third person shooter with stealth elements. It does get a bit repetitive, but i only got tired of the gameplay 2 hours before finishing the game.
Some bugs and certain missions can be annoying, but overrall the game is good.

Well, visuals/graphics are better than GRW, the animations and movement is better too. The story is kinda weak, GRW is better. The island is nice and all, but the world of GRW feels more alive.
The looting system is what made me invest more time in the game, but you can turn it off and play more realistically. The Operation Motherland DLC (i think it is a DLC, idk) it's pretty cool.
The gameplay loop (i can't believe i'm using this term...) is fun, ngl, i really enjoyed sniping enemies and either going stealth or guns blazing. The customization is great too.

Some things to consider:
- Game has some bugs here and there, like, people floating instead of sitting on a chair.
- NPC AI is kinda bad, sometimes you start shooting and exploding things in a base with civilians, but when you enter a building you have NPCs just working normally instead of being afraid of the gunfight.
- Weapons locked behind a RAID. You won't find anyone to RAID in this game and even if you do, doing with randoms or without previous knowledge of the RAID and without a mic, it will be impossible. You can acquire the RAID weapons with a mod, just check Nexus.
- Class challenges to get some cool looking gear is utter painful and tedious to do. Past lvl 10 is when the cancer starts. The challenges are ridiculous and most don't make sense for the class, like, one you need to kill enemies from 200m or something away with a pistol, except this is for a class that is built around killing enemies in CLOSE RANGE.
- Sync shot and the sync shot drones are BROKEN and if you decide to use them more than ONCE in every big enemy base, you gonna ruin the game for you. Either use the sync shot of your squad only ONCE and only 3 sync shot drones, or don't use at all, so you can actually have a bit of challenge when cleaning bases/camps.

I think i've played enough of the DLC to give a review. The new area or areas, are amazing, it's top tier From's creativity and artstyle. Some new enemies are nice to fight while others are annoying. The map is very big. Cool new spells, weapons, armor and ashes of war. If you enjoyed the base game, this DLC is a must buy. The story/dialogue/side quests are kinda convoluted like always and imo, i'm kinda tired of that.

It does have some issues though. I have no problems with performance and my PC is low end (Ryzen 5 2600 + 1060 6GB). The issue here is how From is making enemies and bosses more challenging. They just make them act faster than your character and honestly, i don't see any other way to make enemies hard/challenging if not by making them faster. The issue is that OUR character doesn't become faster (aside from one or two Ashes of War and some fist weapons that attack fast). This makes the encounters unfair and it forces you to summon and use greatshields to deal with these enemies and bosses. Or use ranged attacks. But what if you want to use a build that doesn't use a shield nor bows? Good luck with dodging and evading and that will only work till a certain point.

Also, don't bother starting the DLC if you are not at least level 150.

Looks good, sexy anime girls, fun gunplay, great music and they give you a lot of stuff for free for a time. I will probably jump ship as soon as the insane grind starts (or maybe i do stick around and burn a bit of money, idk), but it's undeniable that it is a fun game, too bad is gacha..

Didn't work with some games that i wanted, and the ones that it worked looked terrible. The ghosting and other strange and ugly visual artifacts/glitches were horrible. If you want better looking games and more FPS, you just need to upgrade your GPU.

Nope, sorry, i just can't. Locked doors everywhere that force you to backtrack all the time, and they don't even have the icon (armor door, sword door, etc.) being show in the map as a QoL addition. You gonna backtrack to places to gather items or to open doors or to put stuff inside the chest and if you killed zombies and didn't burned them, they come back to life stronger and faster and the game doesn't tell you that because "f**k you, lol". Cheap moments where you are forced to take damage like zombies right in front of the door you just opened because "f**k you, lol".
Dogs that kill you in one hit and you are supposed to grab the shotgun first before encounter the first one, and how are you supposed to know that? "you don't, f**k you, lol"

I can deal with the inventory space and the fixed camera, but this game has such an outdated game design that i just don't have the patience for it anymore. And no, i don't have nostalgia because i never had the chance to play the game when i was a kid.

I do love the sound design.

Super fun. You have a lot of customization for the characters and that's so cool. The story is nice, visuals are 10/10, gameplay is good,

PS: I want to worship Kronika's legs and feet and let Syndel use my face as a chair.

2K made an update and now you can only play the game if you install their launcher/DRM. F**K OFF!
