Honest advice? Use the money you receive from this wisely. I would invest it into a Kosatka, which will earn you way more money back. If you're lucky, you may run into a friendly online player that is willing to help you earn money to help achieve this. Whether it's from a heist or contact mission, take what you can get. GTA online is known to be a mess on the PC version for a multitude of reasons all leading back to hackers & cheaters. Make sure that you're careful and are safe with the people you decide to do missions with. Not everybody is friendly or can be trusted.
Anyways;
> The bunker & any of the other free businesses that come with this? It's fine for you to start off with, but down the line you're gonna want to upgrade to better locations. Specifically, the business & property locations closer to - or in the city - are better.

You will get a bunker mission from the Paleto Forest bunker that gives you 15 minutes to complete it, and you will be required to drive to the city. Driving to the city all the way from Paleto Forest will eat up into those 15 minutes and you may not complete the sales or anything on time. That is again why locations are important. Get a bunker closer to the city, and you won't have to worry about whether you will finish it in time or not.
