I can claim 600 billion angels on the moon. Meanwhile on earth I haven't even managed to get up to 1000. Is the moon meant to be this mega insane money maker?

I used some megabucks I had been saving to acquire an outfit, and, like all items, it comes at level 1. I haven't been playing for long enough to confirm myself, but how do you level up these items? I would assume the ones you get in events level up every time you earn them, but for the one I just purchased, am I expected to buy the item another 29 times (Big Bux Top Hat) to get it to its highest level?...

I spent 20 3-hour time warps, 4 1-day time warps and did all the challenges (trying to only succeed as close as possible) , spent hours , and still I am only #4 with 105,000 points.... what demons are my competitors ?????
