As for the avatar:

1. You said it APPEARED that he had a swastika, but then you admitted its resolution and pixelation removed it. Therefore, he either removed the swastika or there was never a swastika to begin with.

2. Using a skull and crossbones on an uniform does not make you a Nazi. While the SS used the skull and crossbones, the skull and crossbones IS NOT A NAZI SYMBOLl . Are pirates Nazis too? Heck, the German Empire used it at one point, as did (IIRC) Poland.

3. The Golden Eagle is not just a Nazi symbol. It is also a monarchist symbol and was used in the First and Second Reichs (HRE and German Empire). Again, given this man's Catholic background, it's monarchist.

5. The Third Panzer Division still exists. It was reconstituted in 1956 AD.

6. The Iron Cross dates to the First Reich and is STILL used by the MODERN Germany Army to this day.

Also by that logic i would not be able to even use the Jerusalem Cross as some places consider it extremist. I would not follow those rules. Anything pertaining to my faith comes first. Law, rule, even threat of death.
