Vampire Survivors is a great example that less is sometimes more.

Scratch huge open worlds with nothing to do in them, scratch fancy ultra HD graphics, scratch loot boxes and pay-to-win shops, scratch endless grind that encourages the use of your credit card for a little faster progress. A game that sells (and is fun nonetheless!!!) doesn‘t need any of these things.

I had a lot of fun playing Vampire Survivors, more fun than with most recent AAA-games. If the developer makes another game, keep it up.
