There are 4 half wheels not 2 wheels as the interface would have you believe. The way the interface is setup when you rotate the left outer rim the right outer rim rotates but the right outer rim pieces do not rotate into the left outer rim but just rotates on the right outer rim. So why is the right outer rim rotating?...
