__Recent Update added Denuvo kernel based anti-cheat.
__I prefer my Games without rootkits

Update: They took it out again due to the backlash. Sad that this had to happen, but atleast they responded.

Now rootkit free, the game itself is solid enough. Plenty of fun.

Unless you are a person with no taste that buys a GTA game for the online mode, you can ignore most negative reviews.
The singleplayer is verry fun, if you have the rig to run it fluidly.

If you ARE a person with no taste however, i can from my 20 minutes in online confirm most negative reviews that go on about Online.
