Hoshimachi Suisei of Hololive 0th generation (also spelled as 星街すいせい) is a female talent solo debutant, she has light blueish hair with a side ponytail going off on the right side of her head with one curly strand of hair going down the left side of her face, with a shorter strand on the other side. Her bangs have one piece of hair swaying down to the right, she is also bearing a hat with a detailed gold crown with darker orange accents on it. she has a blue hairband with white strips leading down to the end with two bigger strips ending it, normally they layer over each other. she also has a gray to blackish tie leading from behind her hat going in a zigzag pattern. there is a blue gem adorned on the left side of her hat surrounded by a gold coloured rim. the hat has a gray blackish plaid pattern. her uniform consists of a star and a tie, the tie adorning two small white stars on the left side. the tie is a dark blueish and is tied onto the star, which has 10 ends. surrounding the tie are a sailor-type tuxedo-like rim, inside holding two dark thick lines zigzagging down attaching to the tie, with a flap-like square liner with four gold buttons adorning each corner of the square. she wears a dark blue to dark purple belt, with a starry design. a gold buckle is in the center of the belt and has another gold metal piece on the right side of the belt. her dress expands and then ends.
the dress is split in half, the right side with the same gray plaid design as her top and hat, with clear marks on the dress layering over each other. the ends of it has black material going in a swirly design. the left side has a completely different pattern, being completely dark blue/purple, swirly layers over each other starting from the top, dark crimson lines lining out the bottoms of the swirly laters. gold coloured lines are sewed on the bottom too, being very short, also adorning the same black swirly design on the end of the side. about 1/4 of the left side, the top part of the left side is designed with the same plaid design as the right side, also merging with it. she wears two black buckles on her left leg. she wears a long, black sock on her left leg, the sock being almost reaching to the black buckles. her right leg consists of a shorter dark blue sock, with a star design at the top of the sock with lines adorning the sides of the star. the star and lines around it are white. she wears heel-like shoes, not very tall, with a golden sole. her shoes are black, with a hard front. two gold buckles are on each shoe, on the right shoe, the gold buckle is on the left side. on the left shoe, the gold buckle is on the right side. the shoes have a dark blue/purple plaid patterned fabric surrounding the top rims. the fabric lines all the way down to the gold buckles. they are not attached, and look separated. the fabric has gold outlines on the bottom, but not anywhere else. the golden buckles have a strip-like item that’s attached to it, and looks like it was pulled over to the other side to tighten the shoes. this is the same for the other shoe. two laces are in between the round front and the strip-like item. behind her dress is a huge bow stemming from a stunning dark blue to dark purple. there are stars scattered around the tie, with the tie looking like a huge bow tie. the tails of the tie are in a zigzag pattern, similar to the tie on her hat.
her dark blue to purple belt also has a similar tie on it, being several times smaller and with straighter tails. otherwise those, they share the same design. there is a huge star, similar to the star on the chest part of her shirt in the middle of the tie on her belt, same with 10 ends. the star have two long strings flowing like an upside down rainbow to the other side of her belt. her bow is on the right side of her body. the two strings have golden tiny pearls attached to it, with four stars each spread apart attached to the tiny pearls. her shirt sleeves end in what looks like a rolled up sleeve, but isnt. it’s a white circular fabric that surrounds her forearms, with black lines at the bottom. on each arm she has two bracelets with the same design as the strings tied onto the star on her tie that’s attached to her belt. she has painted nails that fade from a light blue, the same light blue as her hair to a dark blue, the same dark blue as her tie. on each hand she wears black gloves, with her index and pinkie fingers exposed which make them half fingerless gloves.
There's a reason why we'd be attracted to Suisei, and it's not the reason you'd think, so basically I put Suisei's voice through audio spectrum analysis. 1/f noise has spectral density that can be described with S(f)=k/fAa, where "k" is a constant, "f" is frequency and "a" is the exponent of the frequency. When a=1, it's considered the canonical case of pink noise (Pink noise reduces the difference between the background hum and loud, jarring noises that jolt you out of sleep, like a door slamming, a car horn honking, or someone snoring), although it's generally considered a 1/f fluctuation for 0.9<a<1.1. My analysis found that Suisei's voice averages a=1.004 across multiple songs. 1/ f patterns are found all throughout the natural world, in the human heartbeat, the nucleus of an atom, even the aging of C. elegans. Some people theorise that certain pieces of music are enjoyable because they emulate patterns that exist in nature, even if the listeners don't consciously know it. Essentially, Suisei's voice is exceptionally close to imitating this fluctuation, which could be a reason why we enjoy her music so much. Put simply, Suisei's voice is mathematically perfect.
