Even though you may agree with Roy that sinks are common appliances. It still doesn't hinder my want to keep hands clean during times that sinks aren't available. I have a hard time finding myself where a sink is available at all times. They certainly aren't in server rooms, nor are they in conference rooms. I keep my Chopstick-Cheeto-Eating for long hauls in a meeting trying to figure out what's gone wrong with the network. Though the true argument here, after all, is that I could have just cleaned my ched-covered-fingers with my mouth, or as Roy's mentioned sink. Surely if I were in a normal place for eating Cheetos like my office, or the break room, or even outside the two presented options would be used.
