grenade throwing simulator

I got curious about this due to its reception and because I recently upgraded from a 10 series card to a 40 series card. The game runs okay for me, but that's because of DLSS. Honestly, the visual improvements are really subtle, and the visual glitches are much more apparent. I wouldn't call it an improvement. There's nothing that really makes it worth playing over the original. Not any sort of "bad in a funny way" stuff either.

Eh, honestly just get its predecessor Mini Metro instead. This is way less satisfying to play, and the logic of the mechanics is ass backwards in comparison. It's not about traffic management, it's about manipulating the game's randomly generated spawns. Then at some point it becomes impossible to go any further in the game because the shops demand more cars than can physically go in/out the entrance/exit.

This is more of a review for all of the 7 Deadly Sins DLC than this particular one, however this particular one is what got me to write the review. For each one of these, you get a single escalation and some items. That's it. Certainly not worth full price, and certainly not even worth the heavily discounted price I paid for the bundle.

The content isn't even good. Like the other escalations in this game, the DLC escalations range from decent to awful. Not to mention, the rewards look garish and stupid and are not worth it. Spare your money and your time.

Starts off very strongly, but falls off very quickly. Goes from puzzle game to walking simulator. It's as if at the end the game is mocking me while I'm thinking "just let me do a puzzle PLEASE".

Only has 2 hours of gameplay. Definitely not worth $20.

Newer player here. This would be the first classical RTS I've played, as well as the first AoE game I've played. This game has made an excellent first impression of the genre for me and I would highly recommend it, especially to those who might otherwise think RTS games are uninteresting. I was very pleasantly surprised by this game.

This game is intense and chaotic. You get no breaks. Your ability to think on your feet will be put to the test. I know that probably describes pretty much any RTS game ever, but I think this game just cranks things up to 11. I often have no clue what's happening and I love it.
