A bunch of fun with friends

They nerfed everything that was fun and it made the game unfun.

All of the negative reviews complaining about the lack of story or single player mode are pretty dumb tbh. This is a co-op horde fps that is meant to be played with friends. Single player would not work and there is no need for a story on missions that you will be playing repeatedly.

L4D had no story, no gear crafting, no loadouts, and no skill tree and it is still one of the best games to play with friends still to this day. This game does so much with how little it has and does it really well. I am so glad that this game is not chock full of minigames and BS that so many people seem to want. The crafting system is simple and works, the build variety is amazing, and the level design is crazy good.

If you're looking for a soul-less AAA game that has a bunch of micro-transactions and boring minigames then this is not the game for you. If you want a fun game to play for hours at a time with your friends then this is it.

the game is extremely unbalanced in favor of survivors, you have to sweat as a killer to get anything done and if you're up against good survivors then there is no hope of you even getting a kill. Good players troll new players and new players are at a massive disadvantage by having no addons or perks. If survivors have are able to escape then you can be certain that they will BM at the game before escaping because killers can't do anything when survivors band together to troll.

The only bad parts of this game are in the Giant's Peak areas, I recommend just running to the bosses in these areas. Everything else is really good, but the end feels somewhat rushed.

Update: Bought the game again for $15 during the summer sale and now you are able to fully get what the devs wanted you to. A game with horribly balanced weapons, boring equipment, and maps that make this more similar to War Thunder than Battlefield.

Save your time and money.

All you do is build stress on enemies until they have heart attacks, actually playing the game like normal doesn't work
