This might shock you, but if you look at my profile you will see I don't host any mods on the workshop. That is because I don't understand how it works. I don't know if he really uses a button to activate his virus, maybe he just uses command prompt or something. Judging by his username though, I would not doubt the idea that he would do something comically evil like owning a big red button to activate sleeper viruses in his addons.
