ASTLIBRA Revision
Best JRPG, best story ever written in a video game, best OST, best gameplay loop, a product of 15 years of labor and love. It's a crime against humanity to dislike this game.

Troubleshooter: Abandoned Children
This is one of if not the best Tactical RPG out there. Don't dismiss it because of the graphic or art style, it has one of the best RPG system with total freedom in how you want to build your characters, 100h+ worth of contents (not including DLCs), it's like the Monster Hunter of Tactical RPG.

Symphony of War
Fire Emblem but on PC, good looking units, fun gameplay loop, could spend hours optimizing your squads even though you don't have to. UI could use better tooltips and item descriptions and maybe a training area to test whether certain item combinations working or not.

Chained Echoes
Another certified banger. An oldschool style JRPG that took 7 years to make, by a German guy??? Fully captured the greatness of a real JRPG. The combat is fun from the beginning to end, 75h for 100% and I never wanted to skip a battle or thought that certain battles are tedious which is a rare thing for a turn-based game, even Yakuza 7 & 8 combat get stale after 60h.

Assault Spy
Super underrated Character Action Games with combat that is as smooth as DMC & Bayonetta without being a souless copy. Capcom need to revive this genre with DMC 6, the industry need more CAGs and less Souls-like.

Astral Ascent
This game is a rare gem in the industry. Devs constantly updating the game by adding features and contents based on community feedbacks for FREE, they also don't take the roguelike/lite genre too seriously and let players have actual agency during the run instead of being purely RNG.

Blazblue Entropy Effect
Best Action-Roguelite 2D side-scroller combat I've ever played. It's like what if DMC were 2D, I've never seen a combat system like this in a 2D side-scroller ever, this is peak of combat.

Spiritfall
Solid Smash Bros-like combat with some aspects of Hades, lots of weapons with different movesets and playstyles.

Monster Train
A deckbuilder where you use units to defend and deal damage like a tower defense game with faster gameplay, shorter run, higher power gain per battle.

Touhou: Lost Branch of Legend
Calling it a Slay The Spire clone isn't wrong but not entirely correct either, it is a clone but it also has a different mana system so the combat is slightly different, enough to avoid being a direct clone without nothing new to offers.

Emberward
Still in EA but already has the potentials to be the best Tower Defend game ever.

[
Showgunners
Fun and easy to learn turn-based tactics with cyberpunk murdering TV show vibe. Great first step into the genre.

The Last Flame
Looks cheap but it's the best auto-battler I've ever played, you actually need to use your brain to make the best out of the items you get, any heroes can shine with the right items.

The Last Spell
Really fun Turn-based Tactical Roguelite RPG with a minor tower defense aspect, no class restrictions, any characters can equip 2 weapons, each weapon has their own skills.

Path of Achra
If you like making builds in an RPG and don't mind turn-based auto battler combat, this game is like a dream for you.

Coromon
If you like Gen 3 Pokemon, you gonna love this game, it's everything and more with QoL update the genre needs.

Cassette Beasts
One of the most polished and innovative monster taming game with great OST, charming art style, great monster designs, a fusion mechanic that let you fuse any 2 monsters together and a great open-world design.

Monster Santuary
A twist on Monster Taming, Metroidvania exploration, 3 vs 3 turn-based combat, freely respec skills on the fly, any monsters can be the best with the right team, a free DLC.

Othercide
Darkest Dungeon but turn-based tactic and easier, unique art style, great music, weird story, fun combat, could be a bit grindy because you need to keep the daughter with good perks alive and high level.

Tiny Rogues
This game has everything, classic Fantasy RPG classes, bonfire, meta progression, bullet hell dungeon crawler, fun items, solo dev with crazy big updates, retro art style, so many items.

Nova Drift
Classic arcade asteroid shooter but roguelike, very niche but fun and well polished.

iCEY
A short and unique META game with alright 2D side-scrolling combat, the narration is the selling point of the game.
