Okay, so I'm super busy but I feel like something needs to be said. I'm gonna keep this super brief, so I'm not gonna sugarcoat it:

Right now, many of the players find you incredibly difficult to talk to, and you crashing out on Upward definitely didn't help.

Let me be clear: we did not lose because of you. We would've gotten our ass kicked regardless. Maybe, if moods were higher and comms were there, we would've stood a better chance, but we would've been wiped by Sniping Forwards regardless. This is not me trying to use you as a scapegoat: we did not lose because of you.

A lot of players find you difficult to talk to because of your ego, your attitude, your stubbornness, or some combination of those three factors. That needs to change immediately. That argument you had with lev on Monday was unacceptable. Regardless of whether who was right or who was wrong, I'm sure I don't need to explain to you why arguments like that negatively impact everyone else on the team.
