Wenn man ein Spiel spielen will bei dem du Chaos, Masse vs Klasse, schlechte Steuerung, schlechte Übersicht, miserables UI, chaotische Kämpfe ohne Koordination oder visuelle Repräsentation des Fortschritts möchte ist hier PERFEKT aufgehoben. Alle Stärken die dieses Spiel haben sollte sind hinter ner ganzen Menge Barrieren, der miserablen Präsentation und ganz viel Rätselraten verborgen. Profis mögen das alles auswendig wissen aber für einen Noob sind die Tooltips nicht zu gebrauchen. Rästelraten ist angesagt. Aber wer auf überraschungen steht...hier gibts einige.

Amazing map, fun to play

Anyway after my rant (see below) i gave the game a try with this xshit pest working after all, the game does not deserve a downvote, it is rather pleasant and fun, lighthearted and you dont win or lose anything other than skins even with the motherload of all treasures all you ever win or lose is a skin or ten. Which is a nice concept. Its just a fun little experience playing as a pirate on a ship, hunting treasures, kicking some skeletons in the face and getting plundered by some cheating players. If players arent cheating its usually a fun, relatively slow pvp experience. And as i said even if you sink and lose treasure its rarely ever really meaningful other than maybe losing out on a couple of skins.

Worst of the worst experiences EVER in setting up a game, thanks to third party XBULLSHIT Services required. I am an IT Expert, working for 25 years with computers. I play thousands of hours of games a year...i am highly frustrated with the integration of this pest of a service that xbox linked to steam is. I cannot get it to work, the simplest of tasks wont work like an automatic account linking, inviting steam friends into my game and such.

I am so frustrated with this ♥♥♥♥ i cannot understand the positive ratings here at all. What a nightmare to setup.

Nicht für Anfänger geeignet. Man wird als Neuling an jeder Ecke gefickt, es regnet Asteroiden auf die frisch errichtete Basis, kurz drauf greifen Hunde an, oder Fledermäuse oder irgendein anderes Viechzeug. Lektion: bau keine base, bau garnix. Renn rum, sammel genug fürn feuer und am nächsten tag zieh weiter. Man hat keine Ruhe, kein Essen, kein plan. Im UI wird einem nichts erklärt. Weder wo die Dinge ggf. zu finden wären noch irgendwas. Wo wir beim nächsten wären. Als Neuling findet man in diesem Scrollbasierten Menü einfach nix. Die simpelste Truhe hab ich 5 Minuten lang gesucht. Suchfeld? Anyone? Filter? Irgendwas? Absoluter Mist wenn man ein paar UI Elemente aus anderen Spielen gewohnt ist. Vermutlich Konsolenbasiert.

Präsentation des Spiels ist nett, Grafik auch, aber Spielspaß stellt sich nicht ein, wenn man nur mal entspannt vor sich hinwurschteln will. Selbst mit "am Feuer respawn, Kindergarten Mod" ists irgendwann einfach vorbei. Und ich dachte ich wäre sadistisch was harte Spielsettings angeht. Das hier schießt den Vogel ab.

Auf der einen Seite schöne Präsentation, toll dargestellt und insgesamt sehr guter Eindruck. Und es gibt durchaus lustige Spielmomente. Man hat immer wieder mal Spaß. Aber genauso oft wenn nicht öfter, gibt es Momente wo man an dem Spiel verzweifelt oder es schlicht den Spaß verliert. Ist wohl einfach nix für mich. Das absurde Savegame system kann man ja noch via Mod in den Griff kriegen und die ganzen Minigames für Taschendiebstahl und Schlösserknacken gehen auch mit der Zeit. Aber kämpfen und vor allem dieses nutzlose "alle sind fitter als du" Quatsch geht mir tierisch auf den Zeiger. Ich bin Schmied kein Vollinvalide und trotzdem rennen mir Vollgerüstete hinterher als gäbe es die Rüstung, die Waffen etc. nicht. Selbst ohne Klamotten an...
Das Spiel bietet einen bunten Mix an "DAS KANN DOCH NICHT EUER ERNST SEIN WTF" und "Geil, das ist echt nice gemacht" an. Und ich für meinen Teil kann so einem Mix leider nix abgewöhnen. Ich brauche mehr "Geil" Momenten und deutlich, deutlich weniger WTF.

I´ve got like 3.5k hours in stellaris, had my share of frustration with buggy releases and imbalanced releases from paradox in stellaris.

With this dlc i was very careful and researched a lot before buying. I fully expected them to screw it up again, usually after a new release its 2-3 months of no playtime. In this case however we started a 16 player MP and apart from 2 OOS we are still enjoying the game very much. It seems to be relatively well balanced apart from the void dwellers/habitat origin. If you leave fallen empire supported starts out of the equasion.

I did not expect it but damn paradox you did a good job, especially offering a day 1 beta patch that fixes a ton of bugs that are still in 2.6.0. So with 2.6.1 you should be fine. The DLC is a clear recommendation because it enhances the game in so many ways. Well done PDX

Several MP Games later i must say i enjoy it even more. The origins cannot be compared one by one statistic wise, but if you play with an open mind and play them how they are designed, you can have a tremendously different experience every time.

After the first MP we all thought habitats/void dwellers are really crazy good. Next round we thought ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, ring worlds are the way to go...the amount of research you get is sick. However knowing this i just played a fanatic militaristic hegemony in the next one took out a habitat player, dominated all the ring world players into my hegemony as my tributaries and benefit from an ultra advanced federation fleet. No one can compete. Now thats how i like my games. You can counter everything if you actually commit to the playstyle that helps achieving it. I love the options we have now. Even scions seemingly super strong with big daddy watching them are not actually that much of a problem on a galactic scale. Just try some more Games and watch :) i recommend MP games...its so much fun :)

Simple, quick, satisfyingly well done tactic battle game. With a lot of maps, mods and RNG is not an issue if you install the right mods. Love it.

go have fun with just another turn...

Fun Game all around, really enjoyable for a quick Tower Defense with friends.
