A lot of trolls. I mean a lot of them. But sift through it all and you'll find some gold nuggets. There are some great muscians, story tellers, and comedians out there.

damn good game, I usually play it via steam link with a few friends before DnD (waiting for others to arrive). The subtle mind games are great. Working with your "friends" to defeat the current hero, but you don't want to work together too well or else you'll miss the killing blow. The bosses are pretty fun although they vary so widely in difficulty it's kind of upsetting to see either the easiest or the hardest.

Early Access Review
I'm a sucker for maker games (like RPG maker vx). My review can't be trusted.

Surprisingly good. I was able to play Dark Souls III via my crappy basic AT&T router (through wi-fi) with negligible lag! Color me impressed. Great for couch co-op games like Divinity Original Sin, Death Road to Canada, Crawl and whatever else you may have with local co-op. I'd say the only two issues I've had so far is that sometimes sound can break, lag behind, but a reset of the Steam Link usually fixes this. The other being that non-steam games (any exe/shortcut you add to your steam library) hardly ever work, at least for me.

One last thing that confused me was that there was only 3 usb ports. 4 player co-op games require a steam controller (which isn't bad) or a USB hub.

Contender for the best total war, it tangos with Medieval 2 and Shogun 2. Magic, heroes, giant units, monsters, and flying units really bring a new dynamic and breath of fresh air into the total war series. The co-op is great, depending on you and your buddy's chosen factions. The factions are all unique, but not so different that playing a new faction is alien to you. Creative Assembly really hits the nail on the head with this game and it's clear that it has a big future with upcoming expansions.

So you might be wondering why I'm not recomending this game? Business practices by Sega and Games Workshop. I don't mind DLC and expansions that are priced fairly and not just some cut-content from the base game. $19 for a single race is absurd. Cutting Chaos, a faction critical to the entire plot of the warhammer series, and making them a pre-order bonus or $8 DLC is ludicrous.

It really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pains me to press that "no" button when steam asks me if I'd recommend this game. But it also pains me that I have to shell out $19 for wood elves to corporate shills.

I got the speedrun WR for the black swordsman arc category. So I guess you could say I enjoy the game. It also lets me use the world's longest abbreviation when mentioning it: BatBotH-BSA% (Berserk and the Band of the Hawk - Black Swordsman Arc%)

I got this early for $30, thank god. But this sets a disturbing trend for Bethesda games. Oblivion had great DLC. Fallout 3 had some the best expansions, if not THE BEST expansions, ever made for a game. New Vegas had some good ones. Skyrim's were fairly lack luster. And now Fallout 4 has just plain bad DLC. They hit a peak with Fallout 3 and now they're on the decline. Hopefully they turn it around with their next game.

The Godzilla game we never got. The Starship Troopers game we never got.

But the giant insect squashing, monster lizard slaying, evil robot crushing game we deserve!

Despite what people say, it's not hard to learn. It might take an hour or two to get everything down, but once you do it's a breeze. Well worth your time.

However, I must admit my disgust toward's Paradox's DLC attitude. Quite frankly, it's atrocious and money-begging at its worst.
