This is a game about 4 humans fighting giant monsters. Or a monster fighting 4 humans. If that sounds fun you will enjoy it.

The negative reviews are all people who bought the original game, stopped playing because it had no players and are now ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that the game is F2P. I guess they would prefer if their $60 was spent on a game without players that they couldn't play. Or 100% monster players who complain that they can't hide from the humans for 10 minutes while evolving, guess what that is boring as ♥♥♥♥. No one wants to follow a monster around for 10 mintues and never fight it or see it.

F2P Elements - Done quite well. Each week you get a free selection of characters that rotate. You permenantly unlock hunter humans or monsters with in game currency, at a rate of one character per 2-3 hours. You can also go buy an evolve cdkey online for $15 and unlock 90% of the characters instatly.

A free to play that isn't terrible, and is instead quite good.

The modes of play let you easily play and do well with mouse & keyboard to full flight stick setups, and has corresponding realism settings. It works great for players who want to have full on flight sims and arcade shooters that just involve planes.

Learn how easy it is to become a tyrannical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from the feudal system. Who is going to stop you? Well, maybe your son's wife will have you murderd.

Suggested research materials: Tutors on netflix for a road map to fedual success.

Are you a bad enough dude to save the cyber world from the 3rd apocalypse? Kill a robo goat, give him the finger and then throw a shuriken at a bad dude. Play it.

Game is great, buy it already. Co-op owns bones with friends, singleplayer is not bad either.

Is it the same as old xcom? No, it is not the same game.
Is it a fun TBS? Yes where you kill tons of aliens and steal their science.
Will it kick my ass like old Xcom and Dark Souls? Yes, play on classic.

Liked Witcher 1? Well then get witcher 2: the witcher-ier game. Combat is more akin to Dark Souls than than MMO garbage of the first one.

Everyone is a ♥♥♥♥ so kill them all.

It is just pure FUN. The maps are excellent, the weapons and classes play intutively, and unlocking weapons is accomplished by just killing dudes.

It might not have the 4 way attack/block like M&B or War of the Roses but after you give it some time you can see it has just as much depth. If you are looking for a melee game after warband and are eyeing this and War of the Roses, pick Chivalry.

A must buy. Experience what it must have been like for a Russian subarmine captain as he sends people into the reactor room knowing they will not come back alive.

It's a game where you drive trucks into walls and kill zombies with sledge hammers. Better with friends for sure.
