Honestly, I could not be bothered to play this game to full completion. The narrator is obnoxious and unfunny, with his humor and dialog proving to be more irritating than entertaining. The individual paths themselves are also not very fun, not offering much to do throughout each path, and requiring some rather tedious nonsense to get certain endings. I cannot reccomend [sic] this game to anyone, even as a “so bad it’s good” game, as you’ll more than likely wind up bored by your third or fourth play through.

Edit (07/26/23): In case anyone hasn't been made aware by now, yes I am aware that my review got added to this game's re-release. Looking back, my initial review was very impulsive and didn't give the game a fair chance, which as someone who joined in on turning IGN's Explorers of Sky review into a laughing stock in some of my friend groups, the fact I made the same mistake of reviewing a game without having played it all the way through is just sad. In any case, you're free to disregard my initial review of the game; I don't plan on deleting it, seeing as how it's been immortalized at this point, and I don't want to invoke the Streisand Effect. While I can't say I can give the game a more proper review at the moment, I will be sure to give The Stanley Parable, and/or its re-release, a more thorough look if I ever get around to re-reviewing it.
