This game is actually a ton of fun, and I'm enjoying the campaign/story. That said, I can't recommend this game until it has a proper multiplayer. While battle mode is a neat idea, and fun in its own right, it is the only multiplayer mode. Doom with no deathmatch/tdm is like scrambled eggs with no bacon. Quit slacking ID.

Except it isn't minuscule at all. When it comes to fps, multiplayer is pretty much half the game. There is no reason for it to not have all the same game modes that were in the previous game anyway. It's lazy and disappointing.
