I've played quite a bit of this so far, and found that even in an early-access state, it has a huge, promising vision. You can see the Terraria roots, and all the faults that plagued the early days of Terraria are visibley gone from this. The developers took a lot of the feedback from both it and Minecraft, and tweaked this alpha release to include a lot of depth at this early stage. As the development goes on, and eventually into release, expect a huge, sprawling game with no end in sight!
