After waiting a few months, playing the game and then uninstalling three times now, I had to post a review. I think this game has potential but has somehow become less fun than when it first released. Below is a post I made on the game director's latest post to the steam community page:

Problem: You have 4 tanks, 6 gunships, 12 devastators, 30 fodder enemies, 6 rocket walkers and 2 hulks and only 4 stratagem slots.

Attempting a solution: Use your 2 orbital/hanger stratagems to take out the 2 hulks first (oh wait, damage model is broken, expect 1 to still be standing). Now you have to wait 5 minutes for those to come back. Okay, 2 stratagems left, already have used a shield pack that breaks immediately to gunships, so I guess I'll get out my expendable rocket launcher to take out 2 of those gunships. Alright, now I have to wait a minute, I'm all out of resources to destroy medium- heavy armoured enemies and they just called reinforcements. Guess I'll just go **** myself then...

For real just make a backpack slot for the pack stratagems, it's a waste of a stratagem slot, especially when the devs say "This is very much intentional, you need to rely on your Stratagems, and the Stratagems of your team to deal with all the enemies effectively." Half these stratagems are useless to your enemy damage model and not everyone WANTS to play the game relying on meta stratagems. Give us more slots of decrease the cool downs. Experiment with SOMETHING.

And please, the enemy bodies that block paths and objectives make me want to shoot myself, if you really want to improve performance, just make the enemies disappear, explode, something that gets them off my screen, I killed them and don't need a corpse to prove it.

And I can't see a fix for the rag doll model, being taken out of control of your character is frustrating at it's core. Just remove it or give the heavy armoured players a heavy resistance to it. At least this will give some noticeable variation between the armour classed beyond speed/stamina.

Overall, remember this is a video game, make it fun, lean into those arcade elements more than the realistic ones. If I wanted a realistic mil sim I wouldn't be playing a space game. Look to doom for reference on how to make weapons effective for specific situations.

- Solid gun play with a skill curve for movement, shooting and map/enemy knowledge. Pretty much like every battlefield before it but now WWII themed.
- Annoyances like lock on weapons for flying vehicles absent (with minor exceptions (FLIEGERFAUST!))
- Better healing and restocking ammunition mechanics and gun play feels responsive and punchy unless prone.
- Vehicles on the open maps usually funnel infantry into specific routes to objectives, this can clutter areas with many enemies, usually making it harder to snag multiple kills in one life. Also becomes open season for snipers
- Good choices of equipment and tactics can change the battle so the problems permeating on the battlefield disappear.

Much more enjoyable with friends!

Eric Barone understands the complex nature of grinding and the psychological aspects which go into it. I think that what he has done is created a masterpiece which requires you to think about goals and the sizes of them.

When starting Stardew Valley, I had no idea that it would have so much depth. For a game made by one guy, I was surprised time and time again, even when discovering the most simplest things such as the mines. Then, as I grinded, upgraded my tools, and set more and more goals, I began to find more and more exciting things. The game is just is a constant stream of surprises. There are secrets to this day that not even the community know about.

If you like games with progression systems and lots of exploring and secrets, Stardew Valley has it all. I'm only keeping this review brief because there is so much to see in the game, that I'm worried even the simplest things I mention will be spoilers. Just play it.

First of all this is coming from someone who had 4 bosses left in the original Dark Souls and then decided to stop playing (This was due to performance, bugs and the fact that I can't play with mates easily.) But ever since I got gifted the remaster, I've noticed that all of these issues have dissapeared (and I'm playing on a mid-end laptop.)

The 60FPS is a great fix, and what people miss is that even with DSfix there were still issues with the original's performance. I used to believe at times the original on my gaming pc would run worse than Dark Souls 3 even with DSfix. So the optimization improvements are fantastic.

The multiplayer is great! I love the password system allowing you to summon in mates even if their level is entirely different to yours. I have played through the whole game with a mate of mine and it's been an amazing (and funny) expereience.

Also I'd like to add that I have invaded, and been invaded, an uncountable number of times (a few hours of mutiplayer has been sunk into my playthrough, especially at the Oolacile Township. Through all these hours I have not experienced 1 hacker yet, so perhaps all we needed to do was to wait for the wave of bans to go through the community? The game could have done with a better anticheat system though since I see most reviews complaining about the hackers.

My main issue with the Remaster is that backstabs still exist. The only way to fix the PVP would be to just remove the mechanix from PVP entirely. I don't have much to say about this since it was in the original game too and it's hard to fix since it's just how the network packets are sent and recieved.

Althrough there are the bugs that occur, like all the originals, the bonfire leg glitch and more but I never find them taking away from the experience. This is just the original, but better, and I think, for what it's worth, it deserves to have a price tag, but not as dramatic as it is, especially for OG owners. They should of had this offered at an even lower discount than what was offered.

But as a game, Dark Souls Remastered is a great improvement over the original and has some nice additions. If you don't mind paying the cash, pick it up, especially if you're new to the series.

Monopoly Plus is what you would expect from a digital board game adaptation: It's played online, requires friends ofr fun moments, has some nice visuals and that's that. It's just monopoly. It has performed perfectly for my friends and I so far and I have not experienced the infamous network issues noted by other user reviews. Hosting is easy and I haven't experienced any cutouts, if you like monopoly and have some mates to play it with, pick it up on the next sale.

CS:GO Review
Good game to mess around on, don't get too stuck in competative as it doesn't have any benefits to the player but a tag to say you are a mildy average player. The game likes to reward hackers. Overall a mixed community but overall if you have some mates you can have a blast.
