There is some controversy behind the MGS series nowadays, sure.
Let's not dive into that too much - it's still one of my most beloved series, and this game is no exception.

The gameplay is fantastic! I have to commend the devs for their attempt at an open-world game. It's a nice change of pace from the liner maps from the previous games. The gun play is pretty spot on, and the amount of customization is pretty good too.

The story's decent, but not their best. Remember though, this is relative to the other MGS games. The bar for solid stories (lol, get it?) is pretty high to start with, but this game does alright.

The gameplay can get repetitive at times, but I don't think it kills the vibe at all. There are many ways you can tackle an objective or an obstacle, so enjoy every moment.

Grab a copy when it's on sale - it's worth it.

Honestly, I got bored...real quick.
The gun play is lame, the characters are lame, the map is lame, the story is meh at best.

The Deus Ex series has got to be one of my most favourite storylines ever!
It's right up my alley - the sci-fi, not-so-distant future, the dystopian setting, etc. etc.

It is hard to just ignore all of the immersion that takes place as you spend hours going through all the side quests and exploration available! I've beat the game a few times now, and I imagine that I will beat it a few times more. You probably will do the same, because of the curiosity that is created from your previous choices and dialogues.

I won't spoil anything for you, but I will warn you - you might not like the ending. It isn't particularly exciting, and you can kind of guess what's going to happen, but it's the gameplay that matters here.

Looking forward to another Deus Ex game in the future.

I started playing ArmA back since the beginning, and this game's incredible.
I did not play the previous ArmA games (nor OFP for that matter) on Steam, but I have accumulated thousands of hours on everything from full realism missions, to PvP matches, to GTA-styled servers.

There's so much that can be said, and that has already been said in other reviews.
I won't go into those specifics - you'd be better to watch some footage on Youtube.

Take it from me though, this is THE game to go with if you're looking to dive into the Milsim world.

Final Fantasy XV markets itself as a Final Fantasy game for first-timers and veterans alike. Falling under the first-timer category (RPGs and JRPGs are not really my thing), I can undoubtedly say that this game is worth your time and money if you're looking for an engaging story with intense combat and boss fights in between. My best recommendation, should you decide to buy this game, is to ignore most if not all the side quests, and be patient - the late game is where things become far more interesting.

Saints Row is such an interesting series in the open-world genre, yet it continues to be underrated with each new title. The amount of crazy s*** you can do alone is worth it, and the story is absolutely hilarious. I love how the game doesn't take itself seriously, and makes the entire experience incredibly fun and over-the-top.

Rocketleague was one of those discount impulse purchases, and it's tremendously fun to play.
This is the ideal game if you've only got let's say an hour of gaming time availalbe, or just want to mess around with your friends.

Early Access Review
Players who enjoyed the Project Reality mod series back in Battlefield 2 will greatly enjoy this game. Improved mechanics and plenty of good servers to play on.

It must be noted however, that certain features that were in Project Reality, like rapelling, are not yet in Squad. I don't check the updates, and could not tell you what new features will be implemented. If this is a concern to you, check the forums first.

Regardless, Squad is still well worth your time and money.

Refer to my review for XIII Century.
It's like Total War, but without campaign management - just battles.

If you want something surprisingly enjoyable (and in some cases without the lag), then give it a try.

I bought this for lulz as it was a good deal.
I was surprised at how enjoyable and well optimized this game and its sibling games are.

If you're looking for something similar to the Total War Series, but without all the management of a nation, then this should please you well.

It includes a series of campaigns for different nations (England, France, Spain, Teutonic Order, Russia, etc.) with around 5-6 missions per. They're just battles, no campaign management.
