This game is such a breath of fresh air. I've been PC gaming for 25 years and in the recent years it has been incredibly hard for me to find a game that;

-runs well
-plays well
-is really fun

I've put over 10 hours into the game and have seen zero bugs. It's multiplayer and playing with friends is incredibly fun and engaging. It's very much an open world RPG with simulation/management elements which hits a ton of fun notes for me personally.

Going out and doing quests with your friends, serving up food after hunting, gathering, farming etc is incredibly satisfying.

Tired of keeping the tavern open? Go out and do some fishing with the boys or girls and gather stuff you need for your next service and or do some quests and see what they could unlock for you or your tavern.

The food system plays really well with 3 main factors playing into your tavern;

-Cleanliness
-Variety (of food)
-Reputation (based on your service speed accuracy etc etc)

These three factors make each service fun, dynamic and extremely engaging.

For the price, and the excellent gameplay, I would highly recommend this game and promise at least 20-30 hours of continuous progression in your game.

I think the game has the incredible potential to expand and bring more to the table, quite literally and figuratively.

I would even support and spend a couple bucks for some new expansions that further the questlines, bring new quests, expansions to your tavern and whatever else they may come up with.

The game is a hidden gem in my book and is a perfect entry level game for those who want to support and invest in a brand new game with the potential for future development.

I've been waiting on this game for 14 years.

After hearing the game was being remade back in 2020 I was elated to give it a go.

I am thoroughly impressed with what we're seeing and look forward to the future!

I look at early access as an investment, and you should too. I rarely get burned off my gut feelings about games and I think Six Days shows loads of promise.

First of all, before reading what is below, I would like to say that this game if fantastically fun. That being said there are some serious concerns as far as the online play goes. The reason why I would not recommend this is explained below.

The multiplayer was extremely fun at first, but within the past week it has gone very downhill. Almost every server that I have been on has had someone cheating. Whether it was just blatant trolling like for instance, we had someone spawning the geysers under us sending us sky high, or the classic pulling everyone to the railroad tracks where we can't move and then having a train run us over. The thing that really gets me though, are the people who are invincible, and just spawn themselves in front of you while you're doing a trader run or moonshine run, and there is nothing you can do about it. You cannot kill these people, and they're often with a group of people they're likely boosting. The multiplayer is almost unplayable right now as far as money making goes outside of the missions. The concept is great, but their player management and response times for reports have to be unbelievably slow. To top things off, for whatever reason, they keep reports confidential and you will never know if the person you reported was caught or not. This leaves the players with no real idea of what happens after a report. There is no way to track how long it took, whether or not action was taken, etc etc.

TLDR the multiplayer is abysmal with the amount of cheaters there are at the moment. Do not recommend playing online.

Poor stability. Not worth the price.


Update: The game is way more optimized since I have made my last update, there is still a huge problem with cheaters, as there is in many other FPS games. What I do like is that they give you updates on your reports and you know when someone that was cheating got banned.
