As a fan of the Life is Strange series, getting the chance to step back into Max Caulfield's shoes in Double Exposure was an incredibly nostalgic experience. The opportunity to revisit Max as an adult, years after the events of the original game, felt like reconnecting with an old friend. What made this even more special was hearing her voice again, with the same talented voice actress (Hannah Telle) from the first game.

In terms of gameplay, the new powers introduced in Double Exposure were intriguing but didn't quite match the rewind mechanic from the first game. The powers were functional and added some unique gameplay elements, but there was something irreplaceable about the ability to rewind time and change your choices on the fly. The new powers felt a little bit limited in comparison, though the mechanics themselves worked fine.

I would also like to add that thanks to the original Life is Strange game, I made a lot of friends online from different countries, who I ended up meeting in person a few years later. I’m forever grateful to Life is Strange for creating that opportunity and connection with people who continue to be a part of my life to this day, almost 10 years later.

Overall, I don’t regret playing Life is Strange: Double Exposure. It was definitely worth returning to Max’s world, seeing it through her more mature perspective. However, there’s a lingering feeling that the game didn't quite reach its full potential. Some elements felt underdeveloped, and I couldn’t help but feel that something was missing—perhaps a deeper exploration of the new powers and a more impactful storyline. Even so, Double Exposure is an enjoyable experience that will appeal to fans of the series.

I fell in love with this game for many different reasons.
Not only it has a captivating storyline, but the songs are so gorgeous. I'm passionate about games with choices and this one did not disappoint. Ended replaying the game a few times just to see the different outcomes and differences in the lyrics. The graphics are also damn stunning! Lost count of how many screenshots I took during the gameplay.
First game I finished in 2024 - off to a good start, I'd say! :)

I have played many games, but this one hit differently. It's so unique. I loved everything about it - the gorgeous and breathtaking graphics, the magnificent soundtrack and the captivating storyline.
One of my closest friends watched me play this game. We experienced and loved it together. She passed away more than two years ago and, today, I was finally able to replay it. It brings me a lot of good memories.
There are not enough words to describe what it feels like to play GRIS - you have to experience it for yourself.

This is one of those few games you can never forget about.

If you love a good story and developed characters;
If you love a good sountrack;
If you love choice-based games;
If you love a good game with plot twists,

this is the game for you.

Thank you, DONTNOD. <3

Great gameplay for a game of 2005, amazing soundtrack and the story is great, even though there's a part that seems really rushed in the end.

It's the first game of the company QuanticDream - after this came Heavy Rain and then Beyond Two Souls. I love all of their games. This one may be the first but it doesn't mean it's the worst. I seriously recommend this game, it's impossible not to like it! <3

I've played many visual games and I had been feeling frustated lately cause I hadn't played any that I really enjoyed and that gave me feels.. until I played this.

This is a great game, I am in love with the characters and the soundtrack!

I strongly recommend this game.
