Let me be clear Nada, if you fail to run a mile a day I will gouge out your eyes, tear your arms and legs off and then decapitate you in that order.
You will be tortured for 30 days straight in a dungeon. Many have died there. You will be alone, chained on a wall, smelling the rusting smell of rotten dried blood and centipedes/cockroaches scrambling upon your feet. Food will be served each week. Your life will have no purpose, and time will not matter to you anymore.
This is a threat. You will either try to escape or be left with only your thoughts of food and death. Escaping will make you face even more consequences. You will be a rotting chunk of meat, served to the starving objects like you are below.
