Didn't click on my initial play through and I dropped it about 2/3rd's of the way in but upon revisiting this is one of the best games I have ever played. It provides such a unique and compelling combat system that actually feels like you are engaged in back and forth sword fight with every enemy from the worst mob to an insane boss. Very few games can have combat be this fun while also feeling like an actual fight instead of just feeling like fun videogame combat. It provides so many options to approach what sounded like a game with very limited options.

As someone who finds the diversity of weapons and builds to be the best part of Fromsoft souls type games this game has more depth then initially apparent. You can go from being a stealth dirty trick scumbag and scam fights or just have a true honest fight with parries and both are very fluid and rewarding

Dripping in style and polish in every aspect. The setting initially wasn't something i was super interested in but as the more fantastical mythical aspects open up it pulls me in more and more. Its a shame it never got its DLC but hopefully the alleged return to a game closer to Sekiro Fromsoft has spoke about recently will come to fruition

Pretty good for small indie team, could've been about an hour longer to flesh out the narrative but still not bad regardless. Stylized visual design is done perfectly. The music is very well composed, sounds great. Liked it for what it was

Really rough launch but after a few major updates the game is really solid. Amazing combat system. Melee feels super weighty and satisfying. Gun are varied and fun to use. Classes all feel unique and varied while each feeling very strong and capable. Looks fantastic. Performance is okay but could use some more work overall. Game is in a place it should've been at launch and I look forward to new content being added from here
