Pretty cool game. Worth the price. Was able to play on a toaster.
Better than Overwatch.

70 Hours in, with the DLC purchased and 100% Completed. Still a fun game! Still worth the price!

The combat, characters and game modes are fun. It's a one of a kind game that has a very good and unique concept.

Pros:
+ Easy to learn, Hard to Master
+ Character Fashion, the more you play a character the better gear/loot you get when playing them.
+ Stylish Emotes, Executions and effects which you can all buy with the free currency.
+ Not a pay 2 win game, it's more play to win. Even if you buy all the characters it won't stop your ass from getting light spammed by a level 1 player. GIT GUD
+ Different versions of the game to help people who are new to the game get into it for a lower price.
+ Cool events every now and then i guess.

Cons:
- It's made by Ubisoft.
- You will randomly get disconnected.
- You will randomly get a penalty and be unable to play the game for a time.
- Sometimes you connection will go from very good to below 30 FPS. If you even are casually familiar with fighting games you know why that's a problem. Parrying and blocking becomes a nightmare as your connection tanks.
- Endless grind. As the game gets more character each of them can be prestiged to get more loot. Up to 70 prestige levels, that' 1400 levels PER CHARACTER! You can definitely play this game for the rest of your life and still suck at it. I beat up a Prestige 70 warden, the guy only knew how to spam attacks, and could not parry. Don't be the Warden, play other games too.
- UI's that are both clear and confusing. My character has new gear? Let's check it out, oh it's a new skill, but it does NOT show me which one new? And it's done it again...and again...and again.
- Grind squeeze. Oh you unlocked this new character? Wouldn't it be a shame of this new character does NOT have any of the unlocked cosmetics and effects that you have on a previous character which you have spend at least 50 hours into? Even if the effects are 100% the same and has no difference between characters? Those wings or flames you got for your favorite character? Yeah pay the same price to get that effect on every, single, other character in the game. Completionists are gonna never shut this game down.
- Cosmetics can only be modified once you buy the character. You can level a character if your chosen faction up to prestige 30 but still not be able to change their cosmetics until you buy that character.

Editions and price:

Starter Edition: The one you should get if you want to try the game but don't wanna spend too much.
You get 1 faction's basic heroes to play with, and can play the game, with the exception of the Arcade. You still have to buy most of the characters in the game. Less money payed? More grind added.

Standard Edition: You get all of the Non-seasonal characters in each faction. That means about 3-4 characters per faction with the exception of the Wu-Lin. That's it, you don't get much more. Just less character to have to grind to unlock. Discount only buy unless u want to cough up the extra cash.

Marching Fire Edition: You get the standard edition + the Wu-Lin faction characters. Oh you also finally get to play the arcade, get frustrated and wonder why you payed the extra cash? On sale only buy, and i mean the 60% or more discounts

Complete Edition: You get all of them characters, the Arcade and more cool effects and bonuses. Only get it on sale, unless you are part of the 1% of people who does not care about price and are just looking to waste ur cash. This is an nearly endless pit of money wasting you can do here.

Verdict: A really cool game, which you can play solo or with friends. Make as much fun as you want and get the cosmetics you want all for free. Or pay up to unlock it all and spend less time. But it's made by Ubisoft, has frustrating bugs & issues.

Would I recommend? Unless you want to put your life into this game, maybe just get the starter edition or any of the other edition on sale.

A very strong 7/10, oh sorry make that 6/10 Ubi disconnected me while i was writing the review so i had to wait for a 15 minute penalty for starting up For Honour. It's a 6/10. Don't waste your life on this game, but give it a go if you want to bash some weebs.

Fun action survival horde shooter. The character are cheesy expendable clones, which can be a good or a bad thing, depending on how you feel on cheesy repetitive dialogue. It's fun for a while, but it does not leave a lasting impact.

Fun for a few hours. Get it full price or when it's on sale. Keep in mind that multiplayer is basically dead. Still a blast to shoot a couple of hell demons, run a bit through the storm and then kick Satan's ass.

The best phrases to capture how you should feel about the game are:

"God may have mercy, but I don't" & "Satan's a b!tch"

Delta Squad Forming Up.

If I could give only one Star Wars game a 10/10 it would be this one.

The definitive Star Wars FPS.
Cool story, great gameplay, great squad mechanics.
Pick it up sale or full price. Prove to the publisher & developers that this games deserves a sequel!
It's so good they made the Commandos cannon in the Star Wars lore.
If only this had Co-op... and workshop support.

Just get Xbox Game Pass and get sea of thieves from there. You get more for your money with just Sea of Thieves!

Have played this for just about 3 hours. Beat the game on normal difficulty. This game reminds me of Contra more than the disgrace that is Contra: Rogue Corps. With that hottake out of the way.

This game slaps the old arcade nostalgia buttons very well. The music, story, presentation, gameplay & difficulty of the game fit the old-school arcade hard style of games such as Contra, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Metal Slug. If any of those games tick the boxes to buy games, get this game. It's worth it, and it has co-op!

If however you absolutely despite old-school game design, meaning unfair enemy placement, very few lives & dark souls level difficulty option for absolute masochists at times. Then you might want to get another game. As a personal lover of Contra & Metal slug, this was an easy buy for me. Reliving the nostalgia of putting coins in the arcade to have another life, ending up spending all my saving and not even beating the game when I was a teen.

Loved the audio, enemy, boss & level design. Had fun playing it solo, will consider buying it again on console maybe at some later point to play it co-op with friends. A fun 2D side scrolling action shooter with heavy future dystopian vibes.

9/10 in my book. Buy it full price or on sale!

A fun, affordable action Roguelike. You get to shoot things as different animal characters, while wielding wacky guns. A less 18 borderlands made into a small indie game. Love the guns, enemy design, bosses and characters. Good replayability on harder difficulties as new enemies, bosses, guns and perks spawn only on those harder ones, but in order to unlock each of them, you need to beat the game in the difficulty above it, to get to Elite difficulty you gotta beat the game on Normal, and so on for the other difficulties. Unlocking & Playing every character allows you to get used to how all of the mechanics of the game feel, which guns & talents to get on each run, what perks to avoid. The talent system is taken straight out of Hades, but instead of Gods giving you favors, it's you drinking a goblet of power, which gains you a new perk ability which you can choose 1 out of 3, which a chosen at random, some have scaling if you take them multiple times, other have to be taken only once to gain their unique effect. Each time you die, you gain essence which help you get talents which apply to all of your characters, and at small increments (Level 20,40,60,80) gain the ability to unlock a tier of hero specific talents for each character (Dog character gets to heal while using his skill and do more dmg, Cat gets to regen shields quicker and throw bigger grenades, etc.)

Your lifebar is your IDOL/Health and it drains very quickly, refill it by killing enemies, taking damage depletes it. Finishing a level refills your IDOL/Health gives you 1 ouf of 3 upgrades which can stack later on. Each couple of levels a new enemy is added as well as more confusing room layouts. The weapons consist of a basic pistol, knife, double barrel shotgun & Uzi.
The game can take minutes to complete depending on your skill level.

The goal is to always get to the end of the level as fast as possible to refill that IDOL.

Game is very, very cheap and very, very fun.

Would recommend if you don't have a problem with games which can be considered "visual diarrhea" and love quick & fast games. Also the lighting is something you have to get used to. Not for everyone, but definitely a yes from me!

Cyberpunk Doom is the shortest, best way to put it. You kill machines instead of Demons, you get weapons & upgrades are u kill enemies or get secret stashes. The game has a 2 ammo type system which makes you think how to use each set of weapons, and the best part. You choose what to put your upgrades into! Want to get a shotgun as your first upgrade or a shock gun for AOE, or more Ammo, or Slow motion. After you get a couple of upgrades you will access to Explosives and more Personal upgrades, all of which have a use, if most of them are kind of passive.

Story is alright, could swear that Steve Blum voices the main character. Would not be surprised if that's true. To keep it short and spoiler free. U R generic dude who drinks & work for a big Corporation. You find something big about the machines, you do something generic and go kill more machines big & small.

Environments are really beautiful and capture a dystopian, machine filled world. With good rain effects, cool attention to detail on cards and buildings.

Who make this cool game? Flying Wild Hog, the guys who did the Shadow Warrior reboot, it's sequel Shadow Warrior 2 and the new upcoming Shadow Warrior 3. They also made this game, which is super underrated!

8/10 Would shoot machines again for a couple of hours.
