What an amazing game!

Amazing game, heavy recommendation from me. It's a little slow at first but once it takes off it really takes off. I absolutely LOVE the soundtrack, sometimes I found myself waiting around in a room just to listen to it XD. Only issue I had with the game was playing with a nintendo switch pro controller the on screen prompts for A and Y were swapped with X and B

Fun fast paced mecha combat that looks amazing. Story was better than I thought. Its a hard game, but not so hard that it seems unbeatable, its just hard enough that you need to stay engaged without feeling overwhelmed.

At the time of writing, pvp is insanely fun. My experiance has been a lot of people just trying out funky builds and having fun.

This is a good and faithful telling of the original story by Lovecraft, word for word with some added facts that don't take away from the experience, with visuals to go along with the storytelling. Voice acting was great.

I played through in VR and noticed a few issues, such as ground not lining up with actual ground, leaving you hovering or sinking in the ground, although I am led to believe this is a feature in some parts of the game.
There is also an issue with a flickering white light around the lenses at some points along with some bad screen shake. There were also issues with scenery in the background disappearing based on the angle you looked at it from, such as large hills in the distance shrinking and growing depending on if you are looking at them straight on or not.
At the part with the pool of water beneath the monolith, no matter where you face the sound of the water splashing is always coming from behind.

In NieR Replicant ver.1.22..., YOKO TARO tells a great story of a loving brother who goes on a grand quest to save his sick sister from a disease known as the Black Scrawl. Along the way he meet great friends such as Kainé, Weiss, and Emil, along with many other unnamed characters, who you as a player are sure to fall in love with. I spent a good part of NieR Replicant ver.1.22... screaming at the characters and crying, both out of both joy and sadness. Between this immersive story you can easily get drawn into and feel deep within your heart, and amazing music composed by Keiichi Okabe, NieR Replicant ver.1.22... is my personal 2021 Game of the year, and I can not recommend it enough.

Toodee and Topdee is an amazing twist on 2d puzzle games. Work together to solve puzzles both top down and two dimensional as you hunt down the missing semicolon and save the world. Full of witty humor, cheerful art, and beautiful music, this game is sure to make you smile.

NieR Automata shows just what a soundtrack and audio can really do for a game. The music is powerful and fits the mood of whatever is going on. The developers also realize that playing a new game with new mechanics can be overwhelming, but there are ways in game to teach yourself about these, such as NPC dialogue. There are multiple difficulties of play. From easy, which allows access to the auto battle mechanics and allows you to focus entirely on the story. To insane, which diverts all your attention to combat, because one hit can end you. I recommend playing this game with a controller. The story is good too, felt a little fast near the end, but that was only one of the 26 ending I have played. Character design and growth is amazing, I found myself falling in love with everyone I met, friend or foe, and felt guilty attacking the machines. There are also multiple endings for you to play through and discover. This is a game that needs to be in the library of anyone who enjoys RPG story driven games.

TLDR; Amazing soundtrack, great learning curve, alright story so far, difficulties for everyone to enjoy, characters you will fall in love with, multiple endings.
