Problem solving, handling logistical problems, and planning in advance. Unlike other games that give you a false sense of accomplishment, this game makes you use your brain, which gives you a genuine sense of accomplishment. Also this is a great game to play with family!

On highest difficulty, Initially it was quite a challenge and was similar to solving a puzzle.
Generally though, the game is moreso a laid back city builder. The game revolves around accumulating resources, watching your city grow, and building up its infrastructure. I can see the time it takes to ramp up being a downside for people who want more intense gameplay, but I enjoyed the relaxing pace of it.
This review stems from my experience. As far as I know, I'm the only player at the moment to have 'beaten' the game on ultra. This is not because the game is necessarily hard, but due to the amount of time it takes to reach endgame.
TL;DR It makes for a chill side game.
