its just generally a good game. content is slow but regular, and group ironman mode has revived a huge amount of players interest in the game - the world feels alive!

Put in close to 4k hours over 2 years into this game pre-Steam release.

As a f2p MMO, this is bar-none the best set of content for a non-paying player. Hundreds of hours of story content await you, as well as every flashpoint unlocked.

There's something for literally any type of MMO player, but the main thing that stands out is the ridiculous investment in story and voice acting. Each of the 8 classes has a fully voiced set of 3 chapters, with probably 100 hours of gameplay in each story (not even really including side quests). This is the true Star Wars Legends game, and the amount of old republic content crammed in is insane! I will note that the Imperial Agent, Jedi Knight, and Sith Inquisitor stories are those which I thought were best voiced/designed, and would heavily recommend starting those first.

Now if you arent in an MMO for story, and prefer PVP or raids/dungeons (called Operations and Flashpoints here), theres definitely reason to play this. The PVP flow in this game is second to TERAs style, and in my opinion on the same par as WoW's in design. Arenas were kind of crap with the smaller playerbase pre-steam release, but hopefully this changes and the matchmaking actually works with a greater pool of players. PVE on the other hand is repetitive as always in modern MMOs, but there is a large amount of content for a new player - new PVE content is very slow to release though, and older players will often complain of the game's current state.

Game servers have been down for 16 hours and community managers say it will be not be live for at least another 6 hours.

PepeLaugh cant even refund cause we waited in main menu for more than 2 hours.

Heavily recommend this game, especially at sale price - the story is engaging, the characters (while generic) have their own stories, and there is a lot less follow missions which made the previous AC games a slog.

My only complaint is how slow the levelling is later on, especially when trying to reach the recommended levels for later content.

Probably my favourite of the OG 3 of Assassins Creed. The graphics and mechanics get a hefty update from the previous AC2, and with the addition of multiplayer its just all around good fun, especially when on sale for less than £3.
Heavily Recommended - even while the multiplayer queues can take up to 30 minutes :)

EDIT: I will mention that some of the cinematics will not run and the game will glitch if you are not playing at 1080p60fps or below (Running the game at 1440p144 broke half the cinematics).

So glad that i managed to leave the game before the 2hours of refund was over.

Devs reskinned ark (has a hidden menu where you can pick between Ark DLCs, of which Atlas is called "Ocean").
Login issues.
Server issues.
Rubberbanding.
No explanation of mechanics that doesnt disappear from your screen in like a second.
Starter zones have no resources.
You can spawn in midair or in the middle of an ocean with no land in sight.

3.19 Kalandra League update to my review - the devs heavily nerfed the loot and made hard mapping terrible. Game sucks at the moment, not recommended.
