Lives up to the hype!

The developers also release weekly dev vlogs and are very communicative and transparent about their progress and goals. This gives me hope that the game will have more longevity than Lethal Company and other clones that died out due to content drought and stagnation.

It's like you're playing a movie. I can't stress enough how immersive and cinematic it all feels.
At literally any moment you can stop and take a wallpaper-worthy screenshot.

This game is blowing up for a reason and for only 10 bucks it sure lives up to the hype.
Would listen to the screams of my friends over the radio become abruptly cut off again.

Slap a few hundred mods onto it and pretend Fallout 76 never happened.

I DO recommend this game, but not without it's fair warnings.
I actually really do love this game. It's one of the highest effort 40k games we've ever seen. It does so much right and its a shame to see all of its pros get dragged down so hard by its cons.

The gameplay is very fun and absolutely carries the experience. The world design is nice, and there's tons of small details to appreciate.

But it gets dragged down so far by a lack of any meaningful progression, terrible mission variety, and a lack of any actual plot. It was very obviously pushed out the door too soon.

This game is savable if the devs start putting in the effort, but man are they dragging their feet on this one.
Still, it's a fun 4 player horde shooter that's made even better if you're a fan of 40k.

It's XCOM but 40k, so that's pretty cool.
It doesn't really have the same replay value though. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but can't say I want to go through it all again.

Pick up if you're a 40k fan or it's on sale.

If you think this is just a simple monke game that you vaguely remember from your childhood, it's not.

This game has consumed me and many friends.
I've spent over 100 hours just staring at monkeys popping balloons and I'd do it again.

Reject humanity, buy this game, embrace monke.
