Honestly a really nice little game. Cute graphics, frequent quests to do, semi-fun fishing. For the price it offers more than enough enjoyment.
There are a few bugs here and there, some of which are funny and I would even keep them. Like sometimes your fish can turn into a fish-spinner and roll around an aquarium.

As soon as I saw those cute critters I couldn't think of anything other than getting this game to at the very least try it. And it's honestly really great! It doesn't take too much space on screen, colours are vibrant without being too bright and the style is simple enough to not steal too much attention from whatever work I am doing. It's a great companion for writing docs or coding, thats for sure.
I do wish that there were a bit more decorations to put down. And it would be imcredible if the game had a workshop support.
All in all, as it stands, it's def worth its money!

A really great game that finally brings something unique to the creature collection games. While there are people say that designs are stolen from pokemons, its hard to not "steal" ideas from there because there are over 1000 pokemons already. "Simpsons already did it" moment. Whatever you try to make in a 3d anime style it will end up looking like one of the pokemons.
Whats important is gameplay which allows us to do things that no other creature collector game even thought about before. Palworld provides a very interesting experience by combining survival and collection genres, and it works amazingly.
There are a few flaws, such as it can be buggy, it's not finished, etc, but gameplay loop does a very nice job on hiding all of that.

Game is one of the most unique survival experiences I've ever gotten. It's something of an atmosperic adventure with dwarves that love singing and chilling. It perfectly captures what Tolkien meant when he described dwarves in his books.
+ Very nice graphics
+ Interesting setting with a dead underground city
+ DWARVES
+ Singing and good soundtrack overall
+ Good desgisn of dwarves and surroundings
+ Interesting new mechanics like food system buffs according to time of the day, singing to give buff, mining and so on.

+- Clunky combat. It's buggy, teleporty, but in all honesty, I dont think this game should be about combat to begin with.

- Lack of enemies. Not many types of creatures, not many types of enemies, sadly. World feels a bit too dead, granting it's location and state.
- Sometimes buggy. Generation may glitch out, you may get stuck in some places
- Building is clunky. To the point that you may accidentaly build something completely inside the wall and never get to unbuild it.

Overall I say its a very interesting experience that definetely worths it's money but sadly will probaly go under the radar of many people due to being actually unique and somewhat feeling unfinished. I do, however, want to mention that playing this solo and with a friend is a completely different point of view as being alone will actually feel lonely in this game.

8/10, wish it had a bit more content but even now its really good for what it is.

[Edited due to being published in panic at first. Was writing it while being in the game and heard my friend screaming I was being eaten by a pack of wolves. 10/10 do not recommend reviewing the game while playing]

This is a combination of a little bit of Sea Dogs and Stardew Valley. You are met with a typical character creation menu and a pretty loud music at first. While there are no outstanding graphics, the main point of the game (ships) are done very nicely. Fighting enemies is pretty interesting and even looks a bit funny. However, as of right now the beginning of the game doesn't really explain much. You are basically thrown into the world with only your grandpa randomly coming to tell you that you can "build defenses".
There are a few bugs here and there but nothing totally-gamebreaking.

On a very positive note developer is working on fixing everything pretty actively. The game is made by only one person and it the result is extremely good so far. Overall the game is very promising and for this price I would suggest buying it even to just support the developer.

I want to say "cat, what a good game!" but I just can't.
Controls are sadly very bad, both on controller and keyboard. Main character doesn't feel like a cat, no. It feels like you are playing a robot in cat's skin. Back legs just "follow" your front ones, jumps have to be manually adjusted every time, movement overall is clunky and feels stiff. Spyro feels more cat-like than this cat character.
Another negative thing is how you get those non skippable animation of "terrified cat" whenever you get close to the water and some items. I would say, like, fine, whatever, but sometimes the water hitbox is not even in the water! You get launched from it even from afar! Nonsense with cucumber where you on your own drop it and get scared by it is also very annoying. Honestly, its overall very annoying with how it's used everywhere with how long it is.
Bugs, many bugs. You go through walls, through items, through everything. Jumping is a complete disaster in that case as well - have fun flying through the map.
Missed customization opportunities: hats, yes, cool, but there could be so much more - coats, costumes, other types of fur.

I am a big fan of animal games and I've been waiting for this one for a really long time but those issues beat even my wish to play...

Definately one of the most interesting games on the market. A unique approach to survival genre as overall. It's a literal combination of HL1 and Project Zomboid, with good stuff picked from other zombie survivals as well. A very good sense of humor, old-style graphics and animations, good sounds and a lot of fun.
If developers continue developing the game - this will be a literal gem. And even right now, this early in EA, I recommend to buy it because it already has a giant ton of conent and fun waiting for you.

But before I leave, as tempting as it is - don't eat raw meat! Is bad, do not recommend.

P.S. A quick edit after playing a bit more - DO NOT forget to go to the toilet before night time! Especially if you are terrible at directions! Make sure you do your stuff before it's sleep time or you will end up screaming and running in panic in the darkness trying to find where is the freaking toilet while being chased by 10 different monsters.

Had this game sitting in my Library for a such long time that I forgot it even existed. And boy I missed a lot.
Game is incredibly addictive.

Gameplay
Most of the mechanics are typical for a city builder. You have a bunch of slaves workers, you tell them to build, hunt, fish, craft and do other important things neccesary for survival of your yet-to-be the best city in the world. They do their things, constantly (if it's enabled) being attacked by raiders and wildlife such as bears and wolves that for some reason run into the middle of the giant ass village only to be beaten to death by angry naked villagers that have nothing but their fists. Combat is overall a big part of this game - you can get yourself an army to fight approaching enemies and destroy their own bases.
Another interesting part is trading. Traders come and leave your village constantly within a year bringing different goods. All of them have different prices that change each time they decide to visit your best-city-ever. It's just a pity you can't seel them manure...

Visuals
Visually the game is really great. You have your fancy grass, trees, flowers, dead villager bodies to look at... Animations are simple but not boring. It's interesting to follow your people from time to time to see what are they up to and scream in agony when they keep trying to get that one stupid log that was left next to a raider's camp, and then just die from those bandits, ending up with a giant pile of bodies and making even more villagers to go there to collect that log and the bodies.

Story
There's no story. And I like it. Not everything has to have a great campaign. You set your own goals.

Overall a very nice game to play, updates come out frequently, devs are listening to community (mostly). Definately worths the money it asks for!

This would be a really good game if developers did, well, anything!
Decent graphics, good animations, okay gameplay.
Storywise its nothing new - just your typical "here's your abandoned ranch, fix it" with a "terrible rival that ends up as a friend" as a complementary. Characters are bland and you won't lose much by just skipping through the dialogues.
A really great part of the game is breeding. It's done very well and is interesting to do. However, the bugs...
There is a giant amount of bugs and glitches that ruin literally everything this game has to offer. One of the biggest issues that doesn't seem to be getting fixed is the fact that you can't sell your horses - your game will just crash. There are other things such as map not working properly, going through the buildings, through the floor, through the trees, npcs getting stuck in different objects and much more. Even DLCs are a failure because almost none of the horse customization parts (mane, tail, clothes) actually fit the DLC models. Main goes completely inside the head and neck, tail floating in the air, tack in the body. They couldn't even bother to adjust ANYTHING for a new model they make you pay for!
Game is also full of bought assets that don't seem to be in style with characters and, sometimes, even with each other so you end up with really weird visuals especially when it comes to houses. Developers say they made it with "love" but, sadly, so far everything proves that it's nothing more but a pretty looking cash grab for a desperate horse games community.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good game, addicting, immersive, with great soundtrack but... there's always this "but" that ruins everything.
DLCs themselves are not that bad. The problem is the amount of them. They literally lock half of the game from you. Robots, hive minds, origins, everything.
Updates are also getting worse in quality. Each introduces more and more bugs, most of which are completely gamebreaking. No matter how good your pc is, you will most likely lag like crazy in the end game due to bad coding and too much spam of everything by AI, as well as all the thousands of pops calculating their tasks.
At this point Paradox are just milking Stellaris rather than creating a new game "part 2" to fix the issues. There is a time to stop and that time already passed.
