Lives up to the name. Every part of this game is screaming cyberpunk at you to the point where it becomes an experience unto itself just controlling the hacker. Movement is somehow fluid despite having perma-lean (reset via button), similar stancing, and constantly coming out of point and click mode. Ends up being very fun and hectic and throws on this RE-esque world to explore and backtrack through, but throws on all these abilities and better weapons so you feel a sense of character progression as well. Great stuff, would highly suggest checking it out.
