It's exactly what it says on the tin, Half Life 2 in glorious VR, the Vehicle segments can be troubling for those with motion sickness, but otherwise are perfectly playable. Combat can be a blast figuratively and literally! If you have a VR Headset and already own Half Life 2, I recommend giving this a play!

This took a while for me to do, mainly because I'm lazy as sin. Take the announcement of GTA VI as "motivation" or whatever.

At the time of writing this, Grand Theft Auto V is a near 10 year old game from 2013 about robbing banks, making money, and taking names, I can honestly recommend the story alone as it still has that air of classic Rockstar campaigns with the twist of having 3 whole characters from different walks of life to control. The story is fine, the gameplay is serviceable by today's standards, and the music? It's a Rockstar game, of course it has good music of multiple varieties. I will say that over the years, the story has been starved of a lot of the content seen in Online, be it cars, guns, added bits to the story and game world itself, it's a dry experience, and a time capsule of the prev-gen 2013 release.

Grand Theft Auto Online: In 2014, a little over a year after the original 2013 release, we saw GTAO rolled out for GTAV, it was simple, down to earth, and though a little boring at the time, was balanced. Fast forward 9 or so years and we now have a bloated mess that pushed the game's file size up to 100+GB and potentially more, the economy doesn't exist, most if not all cars past those that were in the base game are worth far more than they are really worth, simply working your way towards getting the money for that cool new sports car is more of a chore than a playing experience. You could argue "just do the heists" which is reasonable, the original heists gave an appropriate amount of money [for the time], but now that several years have past, new heists and expansions have been added that are ludicrously expensive, only two of which (Cayo Perico & The Diamond Casino heist) are truly viable for making money in the game today. Finding yourself a session free of spergbikes and people hellbent on making your experience hell isn't too hard but the inconvenience is enough to make some quit playing altogether.

Overall, you can sleep on GTAO and still play the story if you'd like, personally I can't see it as a game you should buy ASAP. As good as the story is, it's devoid of the massive content seen in GTAO, and the online gameplay is a slog of death, more grind than is worth, and the occasional hacker. Bloated and stagnant is probably the best way to describe it.

Ever wanted to beat someone unconscious with a book? Maybe slam someone into the ground with a lasso? Drown your enemies in a swarm of puppies even? Consider Them's Fightin' Herds. Them's Fightin' Herds is a fighting game (obvs) that can be played with a controller or keyboard, with pixel lobbies where you can socialize and battle it out with people from around the globe, the community is very welcoming and there's a high skill ceiling with all the characters. Grab it while it's on sale, or when it ain't. The game is well worth its price!
