Honestly pretty good

Okay, well, I only installed 'JBMod' because someone on my friend's list recommended it, which means it got put on the front of my Steam store. And I was immediately curious.

I saw there were some weird user recommendations on the store page, and reading the developer's blurb about the game, made this weird mod sound like a complete fake. I have played a lot of SourceMods, from way back in the 2000s and I have played 'Garry's Mod' since that time also and I have never heard of JBMod until today. So I would have guessed I'd know if there were something like JBMod out there. But I didn't know, I guess. Until now.

Anyway, so what is this thing, actually?

JBMod is unfortunately not a SUPERHOT like I first suspected. It is not a secret game masquerading as a weirdly obscure 'physics game' eerily similar to Gmod. It's not like a 'cursed' fake Gmod that's like "what if Garry's Mod was secretly a horror game?"

It's none of that. It's just a very primitive Garry's Mod utility.

Anyway, so I played around with it for about 15 minutes or whatever, and, then I stopped. I don't recommend it!

It's simply not fun! Sorry! It's not about comparing this feature to that feature in a different game - JBMod just is NOT fun. You are incredibly constrained in what you can do unless you really want to go through the console to do it, and while from time to time I don't mind doing that in other Source games, I don't ever want to have to do that if I am trying to make a bunch of welds, or ropes, or any other constraint for that matter, and that's touted as a *feature* for JBMod. Wow.

So yeah. There's no secret game here. False alarm. It's nothing more than what it appears to be.
