Early Access Review
October 2024 Update: The devs seem to have put a lot of time and effort into making the game more like it used to be before the addition of EasyAntiCheat, It's still not perfect as there are still script kiddies and avatar rippers running rampant. However, I enjoy socialising with friends and meeting people from around the world, this game does a great job of that but there are still flaws. There needs to be a stronger policy or feature towards protecting children as I genuinely think they should not be on this game, I have seen, heard and encountered the worst of humanity within this virtual space...

Since the addition of Easy Anti-Cheat, the VRChat Developers have clearly been working as hard as they can to appease the community and salvage the remains by adding a lot of the previously community made mods into the game as standalone features.

However, these features are a little underwhelming in comparison to their originals. That's one of the major differences between a developer and a member of the modding community, one sees a post it on the job board to be completed whereas the other sees a feature they want in a game they love.
The modding team were once a massive part of what made the game great, creating mods to assist the differently abled and creating ways of preventing crashers and trolls from ruining everyone's time, Easy anti-cheat simply severs that portion of content and makes it so that crashers and trolls are able to run rampant like it's 2018.

The main problem is that the VRChat devs lazily implemented a highly invasive and flawed Anti-Cheat into a social game.

TLDR; Game okay, Developers poopy
