I bought this out of curiosity and only then did I realize it didn't say "Goat Stimulator" in the title.

Whew! That would have been very awkward.

While the game is in beta, the current build is already a decent game itself, with plenty of content to use without too many issues. Some items don't have descriptions and some things are not tweaked to perfection, and the start is a bit of a slow burner, but with two patches already being released since its launch yesterday, it'll be constantly supported as it continues to be a finished game. Beta is beta, after all, so bear that in mind when deciding on if you want to purchase.

Another thing is the two patches so far tend to be over 500mb, so if you have bandwidth issues, you might need to buy and turn off automatic downloading or avoid the game until it is more stable and finished. Other issues involve the initial loading time to be incredibly long, but I assume it is due to lack of optimization.

The game itself is solid. It takes a sandbox game and makes it enjoyable with multiple locations to explore, NPCs to find, creatures to slaughter, and all the fun multiplayer gatherings you can have. The UI is a little unfinished, though, as the hunger bar appears at random instead of when you need to see it, and navigating menus can be a bit clunky at times. However, it isn't that bad once you mess around with it for a bit. No rebindable keys at the moment of posting this, but taking a look at the logs lists all the keys you really need to know.

For $15, you could not ask for a better standard price. This is a must have for fans of Terraria, as it takes some of the ideas from that and applies it into something more grand. Definitely worth a pickup if you want to absorb yourself into a sandbox game for hours on end and wonder where all that time went.

Final Fantasy VII was one of the flagship RPGs that made a huge impact in the video game world. While it spawned many spinoffs for its story -- from Advent Children to Dirge of Cerebus -- the original is a solid game with a pretty easy to grasp story with silly nonsense that makes me wonder why the game is taken so seriously still.

Nevertheless, it is well worth a replay. You'll get your money's worth out of it for sure, and you'll discover things you probably didn't know from before. If you haven't played the game before, now is a good time to enjoy it. It has aged slightly, but it still remains a good game to play through once.

Anodyne is a strange game, similar to Zelda but not as upbeat. As Young, you find a broom and use that as your weapon throughout, collecting cards and clearing dungeons. There are some very interesting puzzles, and the locations are very unique, with some being completely bizarre or unsettling. The story is a bit odd and I can't really wrap my head around it, but that is probably just me.

The music is also completely different than you should expect such a game to be. It is more... drone-like than it is upbeat. It can be pretty creepy at times, but it absolutely is something to behold and makes for a unique experience while playing.

A playthrough will take 3 or 4 hours first playthrough, and a full speedrun achievement asks for less than 3 hours, so it isn't too long, but it is very unique for what it is. I highly recommend picking this up sometime. You could do a lot worse.
