Was looking forward to this game for years since the day it was revealed. Can firmly say that I am not disappointed and the game is incredible! The writing is great, the characters are likeable and uniquely designed, the challenge is fair and the music is just as INCREDIBLE as I was expecting!

Just played through the game with a Hotas flightstick.
Grew up playing Star Fox on my SNES as a kid, and this game brought me to tears over how well made and excellently executed everything was. I CANNOT wait for the next content update!!!

And for the devs, if you read this, thank you so much for such an amazing game, this seriously instantly became one of my favourite games ever made! You did an incredible job and I seriously can't wait for what's next!

Absolute tripe. DON'T waste your money. Game feels like it was slapped together in 3 weeks with no thought going into anything. Just go play an old DOOM or Quake instead.

This game is an absolute joy to play and oozes with charm! HIGHLY recommend to ANYONE that has nostalgia for the 8 bit era of gaming. One of the strongest ponts of the game is its gorgeous soundtrack that pushes the original hardware to its breaking point!

The controls for this version of the game almost fully REQUIRE you to buy an arcade stick. Every single game in this collection controls poorly with basically any input method I tried (keyboard, PS4 Controller, Xbox controller, Switch Pro controller, Joy Cons, Gamecube Controller, Snes controller.) You name it and it won't work well on this game. Shoryuken style specials are basically impossible to pull off and supers are almost like a miracle when you finally activate one. This game doesn't feel rewarding in the slightest, its just a huge irritation and a waste of time. You're much better off going and emulating these games instead.

Also, this game is also out on Switch, PS4 and Xbox. These exact same issues are also present in the Switch version as I brought that version first, before selling it on there to buy it digitally on PC as I believed the controller issues to only be a problem with the Switch version. I was sorely mistaken.
